Esta encantadora villa de playa ha sido recientemente restaurada por completo por sus propietarios manteniendo todas las características tradicionales para ofrecer un lugar agradable, espacioso y fresco para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables en Port de Soller. Ubicada a pocos pasos de la playa, la casa consta de 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños, bonita cocina con bodega, cómoda sala de estar, terraza frontal con comedor al aire libre y soleados jardines mediterráneos en la parte trasera con tumbonas. 2 de las habitaciones están en el primer piso, junto con uno de los baños y una segunda sala de estar con sofá. En la planta baja, el baño principal con ducha y bañera, el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor.
La casa tiene su propio espacio de estacionamiento privado para hasta 2 autos.

Perfect stay

This villa is perfectly positioned about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a lovely terrace that’s peaceful and the pool area is great for a dip. Air conditioning worked well my only small disappointment was there was none in the bedrooms but fans provided throughout the whole villa. Mats was very kind and helpful and we had a wonderful stay. Even had a visit from a miniature pony that lived next door 😊

Wonderfully restaured house in Port de Soller

Our family had a fantastic 3-week stay in this old restaured house. The owner has high attention to original details both in- and outside. Clean and well-maintained. 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Cosy outdoor areas on several levels, with olive groves. A small/medium sized pool on a higher level with a shaded terrace for 3-4 people. Nice views of the surrounding hills, from the upper olive groves one can see the sea. Full privacy outdoors. Nice and spacious indoor areas as well. The house is attached to a neighbouring house, but is well fenced off and there were no noise problems. Small parking lot on the premises. The owner and the rental company were most helpful and attentive. Would definetly recommend and we consider coming back.

Beautiful finca with stunning location

We spent a week in this beautiful old finca. The property is terraced, with olive and lemon trees, wonderful flora and fauna. From the pool area you have a magnificent and unobstructed view over the valley and the Tramuntana mountains. The beach of Port de Soller is within walking distance and easily accessible in 5 minutes. The only small criticism are the two showers in the finca, which could use a little make over. Everything else was so nice that this was not of great importance. We felt very comfortable and would always come back.

Lovely farmhouse

We really enjoyed this place. It's clearly an old home but has been updated in keeping with it's character. The location is quiet but 5 minutes walk to the Bay. Being on 2 levels it made it easy to have a level each for the different parts of our family, and the outside space is good. It is built into the side of a steep hill and the pool is a steep climb to the top end of the property - not a problem for us but it could be for some, as could the inside access between the floors as this is by a steep winding staircase. We had a great time and would consider returning. We should like to extend a special thanks to the owners who Kindly allowed us to reschedule the booking at least 3 times due to the pandemic. They were very understanding and helpful.

A wonderful property, can't wait to return.

This is such a special place, beautifully renovated with lots of different outside spaces, peaceful and private, but within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and beaches. We ate our evening meals out front, but loved the terrace overlooking the valley for breakfast. The pool is a real treat and it's great to be able to see the sea in the distance. We ate out several times, there is a lot of choice in Port de Soller, there are also supermarkets at the far end. Make sure to take the tram into Soller (market day is Saturday). Matias was helpful throughout, and answered any questions immediately. He organised a taxi for us from the airport, which was so relaxing! A fantastic break, we will definitely come again!

Charming rustic house but...

The house has been sympathetically renovated and is in a good location, a 5 minute walk to the sea-front. However, the on-line listing does not give an idea of the difficulties inherent in being built into the side of a hill. I was there with 3 friends, one of whom walks with a stick and has reduced mobility. As behind the house the path of shallow broad steps goes up quite steeply in about 3 levels to the pool, it would have been impossible to get this person up to it. Also the staircase from ground floor to the floor above inside the house is a narrow spiral , which meant she could not go up that one either. in fact we could not take suitcases up that way, but had to take them in on the next level outside.There are also 2 sets of about 8 steps to reach the house from the parking area. We did like the house and its location, but one member of the group was confined to ground floor both inside and out. This mismatch could have been avoided if the website had just said 'unsuitable for persons with reduced mobility'. We had an enjoyable holiday, nevertheless, but I do think the website needs altering to reflect these aspects of the house.

Vi har hatt en kjempefin uke. Huset var slik vi trodde. Fint med kort vei til byen og strand. Vi manglet ingenting, kanskje en solstol eller to. Eneste minus må være manglende aircondition. Vi brukte viftene om natten, man venner seg til støyen fra dem, men skulle gjerne vært det foruten. Vi kan uansett fint anbefale huset.

Immer wieder ein besonderer Ort

Wir waren das dritte Jahr in Folge da und haben das Anwesen wieder sehr genossen. Alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Originelle - und originale - mallorquinische Einrichtung mit vielen liebevollen Details. Gute Betten, wunderschöne Terrasse, sauberer Pool. Fussläufig zu Strand, Geschäften und jeder Menge Lokale. Trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe. Gelegentlich vorbeifahrende Autos und die Strassenbahn haben uns nicht gestört. Fast hätte ich es vergessen: wunderschöner, steil terrassierter Garten, der vom freundlichen Eigentümer in Schuss gehalten wird. Vielen Dank Signor Pastor!

This is a lovely property in a convenient location close to the port.

The property was perfect for a family holiday. The place has loads of character. It' is well located not far from the lovely port with its beaches and surrounded by wonderful scenary. The pool is more than adequate for a refreshing dip. The house is well equipped and even has a laundry room which was handy for my daughter with her young baby. There is a nice area at the front for outdoor eating or its just a short stroll to the port which has a range of excellent eateries. The owners made getting access to the house very easy. Highly recommended.

Charming villa and great location

This Villa is lovely and quaint with a lot of character. If you want modern then this is not for you but if you want an interesting old villa then this is it. Fully equipped with everything you need except it does not have AC but has fans in every room. Bathrooms are basic but the drainage and hot/cold water works perfectly which other old houses struggle with. Remember this is the country so expect little insects including mosquitoes however the bill comes with plug ins which worked in keeping them out the house. The outside areas are fantastic, space for easting outside and a lovely pool (up steps) which has fantastic views. The pool area has only two beds and could not fit more, the pool was kept immaculately clean and the owner Pep came to check everything was running as it should. Villa has a parking space and is literally 3 minute walk to the Port and the Tram stop to Sóller. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Villa, perfect Location, friendly owner

Been there the second time (2015, 2018) and ejoyed it again. Location is perfect, a few minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops. Recommend a trip to Soller (5 minutes on the bus) for a big shop in Eroski Supermarket at the begin of you holidays. Owner comes around and waters the plants and makes sure the pool stays clean. Enough towels and linen available for everybody, fans in every room and good equiped kitchen. Only a new cloth horse would be a great investment. Our travelgroup: 2 Adults, 3 Kids (8,5,2), Also a nice touch, big fruitbasket was waiting for us on arrival

Entspannung pur im wunderbaren Port de Sóller

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem charmanten, gepflegten Haus am Rande von Port de Sóller. Durch die Lage am Hang findet jeder ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Das Obergeschoss mit 2 Schlafzimmern, kleinem Bad und kleinem Wohnzimmer erreicht man durch eine enge Treppe vom Untergeschoss aus, es hat aber auch einen separaten Eingang an der oberen Terasse. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet an Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Pooltüchen etc. Auch sind jegliche Küchenutensilien, Gläser und Geschirr zu finden. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es leider nicht. Dafür eine Waschmaschine. Die Kinder verbrachten die meiste Zeit am hoch gelegenen Pool. Von wo aus man das Meer sehen kann. Die Großeltern genossen den Schattenplatz vor dem Haus im Hof. Das Haus liegt an der alten Landstraße nach Sóller und an der Bahntrasse der Historischen Bahn. Was aber durch die zurückgesetzte, obere Lage nicht weiter stört. Toll ist, das man nur die Straße runtergehen muss und in 5 Min Fußweg die schöne Strandpromenade mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften, einem sehr guten kleinen Bäcker und natürlich dem Hafen und dem netten Strand, an dem immer ein Plätzchen zu finden ist, erreicht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden immer wieder hierher kommen. Das nächste mal für 3 Wochen!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist das Hightlight. Port de Soller ist zu empfehlen, wenn man Urlaub ohne großen Rummel in einer schönen Landschaft machen möchte.

Schöne Finca in Port de Soller

Altes Haus liebevoll renoviert, 500m bis zum Strand und Restaurants, gute Ausstattung, alles reichlich vorhanden, Gläser, Handtücher, Bettwäsche. Zum Pool geht es, im schön gestalteten Garten, etwas steil nach oben.

Perfekt für den Familien-/Wanderurlaub

Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere und sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Finca nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Hafen von Soller. Perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub. Das einzige Manko war die etwas umständliche Art der Vermittlungsagentur (bei der Ankunft eine halbe Stunde auf einem Parkplatz auf den check-in warten) und deren Informationen bzgl. Heizkosten (Mitte-Ende März).

Stunning villa with beautiful pool and gardens. Fabulous location

This is a charming and beautifully maintained historic property in a brilliant location just a short walk from the port. It was immaculately clean and well maintained. The pictures don't do justice to the pool, which is quite a bit bigger than it looks and set in such a beautiful setting overlooking the view. Arrangements for collecting the keys a bit confused and my only criticism but couldn't fault the property. As others have said, the owner himself, who comes to water the garden, is delightful. A true gentleman.
