Each room definitely has air-conditioning, unfortunately during your stay our air-conditioning system was set on "heating" mode instead of "cooling" mode! We are so pleased to read your positive mention to hotel location, lounge area and our eco friendly policies. Our staff pays close attention to cleanliness of each room and hotel areas, we are so sorry you were not satisfied with cleanliness standards and we do sincerely apologise.It is so so so surprising for us to hear our breakfast selection didn't impress you! Everyday there's egg station, ham and cheeses, fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, tons and tons and tons of homemade cakes, any kind of fruit juice or hot beverage and much more... is this a 3 star hotel breakfast?!?! The widest widest part of our guests loves our breakfast buffet and we do have not residents guests that visit our hotel for breakfast only!!! We do firmly believe our staff and value for the money are our greatest strenghts, we are so sorry you could not experience the same.Once more we do apologise for any inconvenience occured and for not meeting your expectations. It's so strange to read about inconveniences with cleanliness of the room, we pay a lot of attention in cleanliness and the widest part of our guests is very impressed. We do sincerely apologize if you could not experience the same. This is a very busy period in the area, restaurant and cars are always fully booked. You only had 1 night stay with us, so we had not a lot of time to book this services in advance and unfortunately we could not find any availability (not due on us).
