Buen hotel!
Buena opción! sólo que el cuarto era muy obscuro, no tenía prácticamente ventanas y el primer día no nos dejaron Shampoo y café el segundo día tuvimos que irlo a pedir. Bien en general.

Habitación cómoda , espaciosa y limpia . Cama confortable no hay vista. No hay servicio de alimentación. Buenos restaurantes caminando cerca

ckeckin un DESASTRE
El Checking fue un DESASTRE. Hice 2 reservaciones la primera del 3 al 4 y la siguiente por 3 noches consecutivas, la persona que nos atendió nos hizo pagar nuevamente la noche porque no le aparecía en el sistema la reserva ya pagada, luego al hacer el check out nos. dijeron q la persona q nos atendió era nueva, si estaba la reserva d la primera noche nos reembolsaron el dinero, pero el mal rato quedo veníamos cansados d la carretera con temperaturas bajo cero y con niño, nos hicieron esperar casi 1hora.

Excelente estadía en Lake Tahoe
Muy lindo el hotel y las habitaciones. Buena ubicación con restaurantes cercanos y cerca al lago. Buena atención, café en la mañana y bicicletas disponibles para los huéspedes

The cabin room was very nice, the spa tub was great. Friendly staff and the room was very clean. We will return the next time we’re in Tahoe.

We enjoyed our stay specially the tub, it was relaxing. It's a quiet property so it's a plus. The room needs some work, it's out dated so some fixtures and areas are dirty and needed some touch up. stuffs are very nice and accommodating. Overall, we had fun and it was a nice stay

They really could make this place great. But even in the “renovated” rooms, they’ll slop huge white caulk lines along the corners of dark grey tile. Wood surfaces are chipped and banged up. Hallway carpet is not very clean. It feels like it’s always a couple years away from turning into a sleazy adult motel.

Hotel has a unique value proposition that other hotels do not have. This is a boutique all-suites hotel with in room 'jetted bathtubs'. They try to stay away from saying the name of the brand that is analogous to 'jetted bathtubs'. The hotel does not have on-site restaurant, but there are several dining options next door. Lake is a short walk away. Overall a great experience

You get what you pay for at this hotel. We were happy with bed but everything else needs help. Bathroom shower fixture was broken which caused the bathroom floor to be flooded. ADA room is cramped.

So this is a great location. Not too far from the strip in South Lake Tahoe. They have incredible bathrooms in some of the rooms... HOWEVER... the place maybe updated but it is done very poorly. It is clean... but not super clean. The door to the shower was not put on right... tiles were not put in correctly.. and there were on wall fixtures missing as well. Look it is a place to stay... I would put this at a three star total place.
