Condo was wonderful. Very comfortable furniture. Could use new kitchen chairs. Great location. Very quiet at night. Close to beach access. Extremely clean at check in. Our dogs loved the balcony. Great to be able to walk our dogs on the beach. Could make a shorter code to get in the condo. Had to use the key all week. Couldn't punch in the door code fast enough. Otherwise, it was perfect. Renting the downstairs unit next year.

The unit itself isn’t that bad. It’s some of the furniture & outdated items in the unit. They really need to get rid of all the VCRs in the house & cable that really doesn’t have any channels & invest in Roku sticks. We couldn’t really watch anything in any room besides the smaller room. The porch/patio needs to be fixed the banaster was extreme loose & the floor was falling apart. I was scared to be out there or allow my children out there. The bathrooms had hair in the tubs.

This place was awesome. It was very nice and very clean. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool was a little chilly but that was okay. We enjoyed our stay and the dog loved the front and back balconies. I read a few other reviews people left and I didn’t have any of the issues they had. We had a great stay and we will absolutely book this place again in the future.

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the South Padre Island so much. The beach was a very short walk from the front door which made it very nice to spend the day out in the sun. The property was conveniently close to other activities, maximizing our time there. Our only constructive remarks were that there was no running water in the master bathroom sink and therefore was a bit dirty. There was also a smell coming from the refrigerator which did not have a clean water filter or ice available. Overall, our stay was excellent and we will definitely be booking with Vacasa again in the future.

the place was amazing but there was only two broken thing in the house a leak in the shower and a leak in the bathroom sink from the previse tenet , but although it was a great experience to stay there would I book again yes . i would recommend for other people to stay here . property manager was really nice and helpful about fixing the leaks quick .

This is what we witness upon our arrival on Monday, July 18, 2022: 1. The key locked box it is very hard to opened it. 2. Apartment smelled bad. 3. Dirty stained floor and walls. 4. Hair and sand on the floors in the entire place. 5. Pillows and beds have hair. 6. Master bedroom door broken (kicked damaged). 7. Master bathroom dirty. 8. Master bathroom sink clogged with dirty water. 9. Big bucket of Paint and blind pieces storages in the closet. 10. Pet pee under the chair on the master bedroom. 11. Master bedroom fan has not functionality speed option. 12. Both balconies has empty beer cans and not designed furtniture. 13. Garbage disposal has rocks or sea shells inside in other words doesn’t work. 14. Dirty kitchen and the “Welcome board” had the previous tenant last name. 15. Kitchen was dirty and not fully equipped. 16. Etc-etc

This is a beautiful property. We communicated a few times with management and they were prompt with responses. Our dogs were able to come with us and we enjoyed that. Real close to the beach access.

The condo was a great location and allowed our dogs. I wish it had some mixing bowls for cooking. We saw a few bugs Inside. Overall great place.

The property was really nice butp there were a couple of issues, not dealbreakers. The blind for the patio door was broken and the kitchen faucet was broken as well. The floors were also pretty dirty and so was the pool. I understand there are quick turnaround sometimes but there has to be a better procedure in between tenants To make sure that these issues are taken care of So the experience is 5 star

My family (me and my husband, two small kids, two dogs) stayed here for the weekend, and we were very comfortable! Check-in/out was super easy, the condo is exactly as pictured, and the public beach access is just down the street!

Excellent location, spacious plenty of room, everything included seriously! Blow dryer to deviled egg tray (except a noodle strainer which I had brought and my trusty cutco knife). Nice towels, comfy king bed and sheets. Kids beds are ok for kids but not adults. Plenty of closet space, nice appliances. Here’s the FYI: for sensitive kids- this place is very echoey. And very bright. Need an eye mask if you are a late sleeper. Balconies are nice, front balcony shared with other neighbor. Pool is NOT heated and in the shade all day, which is great for the summer but not winter. Super close to beach 5 houses and a trek over the walkway boom- sand and surf! Bring some swiffer pads for sandy floors, extra DW tabs and laundry tabs. Re another reviewer too hot- the ac vents in back bedroom and closet need to be shut (w broom handle) a fan would help circulate a/c evenly to the front. We were fine. Also the stairs are about 2 flights tall, so not for old bones. We did see 3 small cockroaches and asked mgmt to bring traps but they never did, everything else was spotless!

Overall, it was a nice place. The grass on the property and pool had zero to no maintenance. It’s location is great. One block to a public access to the beach. My only big complaint was that the A/C could not get the condo below 78 during the day, which really is warm when it’s in the 80’s outside. Neighborhood is great. Everything you need on the same street

Clean, well stocked, close to beach with pool. Nicely decorated open floorplan for our family of 6. Manager checked in with us a few times to make sure we didnt need anything. Quiet area and close to everything. If your vehicle sits low to the ground, you will need to pull in driveway at an angle to avoid bottoming out as there is a dip in the driveway when pulling in. The pool water was clean and feels bigger when swimming. The area around the pool had many pool toys scattered about, which could have been left by other tenants which were not picked up. The small grounds around the pool needs some edging, but that didnt deter us from using the pool a couple of times. Overall, it was a good vacation after 2 years of quarantining, for a much needed break from mandatory overtime and school online. Happy to support the local community, as I'm sure they were affected by people not traveling.

Slow draining bathtub in the master bedroom but everything else was great. Recommend including the access code in the ‘prepare to leave’ email, I had trouble remembering it to leave the key😜. Vacation brain!

The place is well take care of, it’s was really clean but with the Covid-19 going on , we still took our lysol and wipes to clean the apartment before the kids gotta in, we love that is like 3 minutes walk to the beach, it has a share swimming pool , the only thing is that the sofa bed doesn’t work, and that’s why I’m giving it a 4 stars , but I had brought an air mattress and we used it . But the stay was awesome, I will be back to this place.

The walk to and from the beach was perfect. We could easily leave for bathroom/snack breaks and come right back. Location was perfect. The house was just ok. The walls were dirty, the DVD player was broken and the sheets were horrible.
