Although the service was excellent, the rooms need more maintenance, the shower looks with rust and old; also the duvets are not comfortable. It is a quiet place and people in charge is so nice.

Excelente ubicación, restaurantes cercanos, tiendas, gasolinera y la playa a dos cuadras, a la vuelta se pone una feria y el hotel está muy limpio y sus instalaciones en excelentes condiciones para su precio, lo único es la hora de salida que me dijeron era a las diez de la mañana y considero deberían dar como minimo una hora más, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Muy bonito limpio y las habitaciones muy buenas camas cómodas todo impecable la piscina es pequeña pero muy rica con agua caliente y muy limpia la playa a menos de 4 minutos y tiendas restaurantes muy cercas recomiendo este hotel

We call to inform that we we not to be on the 1st night, anyway they charged me the "no show", this person told us that was ok, next morning we talked to the manager she told us, she will cancel the charge. obviously the person in charge of the night shift did not done things properly.

Que me gusto: La ubicacion. No me gusto: Necesita mejorar mucho en la limpieza, habia un sofa super sucio muy mal aspecto, el olor de la habitacion no era nada agradable, mucha humedad, no se dejen llevar tal vez para pasar un rato agradable no se los recomiendo a menos que sea una situacion de urgencia.

Pesimo servicio solicite 3 veces el servicio de limpieza de la habitación y nunca acudieron El encargado del turno de noche muy despota con los huéspedes te cobran por el alojamiento de las mascatas y no te permiten tenerlas en áreas públicas.

Ni en Paris están tan caros los hoteles como en la Isla, me tuve que quedar en este hotel porque fue un plan de último momento y y no había habitaciones en otros hoteles, camas súper incomodas, toallas percudidas, perros ladrando en otras habitaciones porque es “pet friendly”, baños súper chiquitos, no vuelvo ni por error, no se como tiene tan Buenas reseñas, en mi opinión no me gustó
