What an amazing VRBO duplex! We had two families, four adults 8 kids ( 17, 17, 14, 14, 13, 13, 11) and we had plenty of room. We would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again! Both duplexes are spacious, clean, and inviting with the huge sofas and two decks with places to sit. The pool was great to relax it. It is the perfect size for 6-8 people at one time. Between the two units, it was great having two kitchens, two master bedrooms, 4 total bathrooms, two living spaces, and two washer/dryers to use.
Blanca the property manager was great at communicating with us and was patient in waiting for us to arrive when we underestimating how long it would take to get over the bridge during rush hour. She made sure everything was ready for us with cable working well.
This duplex is ideal for walking distance to great beach location, grocery store, food, shops, and brewery.
The kitchen was stocked enough, but I would recommend brining paper plates and cups. I wish we would have bought silverware too, but we just ran the dishes everyday and it was manageable. We were able to do light cooking. Also, the water wasn’t hooked up to the fridge and the tap water wasn’t the best, so we bought bottled water. They provide an ice maker in the upstairs unit. You just need to keep an eye on it and transfer it. The bonus room with the futon off the master bedroom wasn’t as functional if you wanted a private master. We had an amazing time! Thanks!!!
