El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion, es cómodo y el personal muy amable con buenas recomendaciones para nuestra estadía. Lo único que no me parece conveniente es el estacionamiento, hay que caminar aprox 10min para llegar a el, con o sin maletas, creo que es una mejor opción de estadía si no visitas la ciudad en carro.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, a escasos metros de una de las puertas de entrada al Palacio de Diocleciano El personal es súper amable y cordial, realmente se esfuerzan por ayudar en todo lo que está a su alcance La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, rara para los estándares europeos. Las toallas y sábanas en muy buen estado. La limpieza impecable Con gusto volvería

Super recomendable. Excelente
Fue una enorme sorpresa encontrar este hotel. Nos atendió Iva habla perfecto español. Nos indicó muy buenos restaurantes y lugares de interés. Su calidez y buena actitud nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Felicitaciones al Manager por tener personal tan bueno. Nos dieron una habitación grande con un baño superior a los que encontramos en Europa. El desayuno es en un restaurante cercano y es a la carta y excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable frente a la plaza central a 2 minutos caminando del palacio. No encontrarás una mejor ubicación que está. Cuando lo reserve el precio me pareció muy alto pero valió la pena. 100 puntos

Es un poco complicado porque hay varios hoteles con nombre similar. Este hotel está en el edificio que tiene tiendas abajo. Una vez que llegas, tiene habitaciones cómodas, la persona de recepción es muy amable, servicial y lista para ayudarte. Estás en pleno centro histórico y puedes moverte a pie a todas partes.

DISPPPOINTED!! Loved the hotel and the location but was extremely disappointed that a refund was not applied after an incorrect date was entered on reservation. Even with error we still made another reservation with correct date and had 2 other couples join us, management would not give us break on the simple human error with many efforts to contact management via email and during our stay was ignored and not honoured in some way.

Historic 3rd Story Hotel, overlooking Dioclet. Pal
Renovated art nouveau building. 3rd floor with an elevator. Steps away from Diocletian’s palace. Very comfortable bed, updated bathroom. I had views across the main square onto Diocletian’s palace. The receptionists were both friendly and very helpful. Anita secured a guide for my elderly parents to tour Diocletian’s palace. This was no small feat in mid- January. The only “knock” on the hotel’s location is that you can’t park particularly close by, as the property is in the heart of a pedestrian-only zone. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It was fantastic!

It is centrally located. We rented the parking space offered by the hotel, which is 6 minutes walk, as you can't drive into old town. It is not easy to drive into the garage with the small SUV. The hotel is very nice. The heated towel warmer is a very nice touch.

Tosi kiva hotelli keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Hotellilta on lyhyt kävelymatka kaikkialle. Erittäin siistit ja puhtaat huoneet, jotka siivottiin päivittäin. Ehkä hotelli voisi ottaa käyttöön tavan, jolloin pyyhkeitä ei vaihdeta joka päivä, elleivät ne ole lattialla. Tuntui veden tuhlaukselta pesetyttää pyyhkeet päivittäin. Mutta ainakaan siisteydestä ei voi valittaa. Hotellin sisäänkäynti oli vähän piilossa kulman takana, mutta löysimme sen suhtkoht helposti. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja tarjosi taksikyytiä kentältä hintaan 55€. Tähän kannattaa tarttua, koska me maksoimme 68, kun otimme taksin omin päin. Kannattaa myös varautua että monessa paikassa käy vain käteinen. Hotellissa on melko aikainen check out (klo 10), mutta saimme jättää matkalaukut päiväksi respaan, kun meidän lento lähti vasta illalla. Suihku jäi vähän tiputtamaan vettä suihkussa käynnin jälkeen, mikä vähän häiritsi, kun vesi tippui muovisen suihkukopista lattiaa vasten, mutta onneksi saimme kuitenkin nukuttua. Oikein kiva hotelli kivalla sijainnilla.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in the center of old town Split. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super friendly staff and beautiful room! Was in the perfect location - easy to get to all of the best spots in Split by foot. You have to park a bit far though and they don't always have reserved parking available even though the hotel shows free parking. Still worth it and public parking lots are pretty cheap!
