The hotel was amazing in general.Staff members were super nice. The hotel also has breakfast included,and the food was super delicious. When I entered the room it was clean also the bathroom.The hotel is placed near everything, the castle , the fountain of youth,and much more. I really enjoyed and I recommend this hotel.

Se me desapareció mi billetera con dinero en efectivo y tarjetas de crédito de la habitación. Hablé con recepción del hotel pero me dijeron que encontraron nada. Y no me dieron más información. Llame al día siguiente para saber si housekeeping vio algo y nada. Mucha inseguridad y no me ayudaron revisando la camaras.

Carpet needed vacuuming, water in sink came out in a slow dribble, sheets and towel worn, light levels overly dim, smallest room in any Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. They even charged $10 for self parking on the property—something I’ve never experienced before. I’ve always been very comfortable with this chain, but this property felt like a cheap motel. Definitely would not recommend!

Hotel Stay.. all good except......
Everything about the hotel was okay except being charged $10.00 per day for parking. Guests should NOT be accessed a parking fee. Not a customer friendly practice.
