I brought my 2 pups and the yard was perfect as was the beach access. I was never over crowded where I had to worry about their safety. The cottage its self was clean and came with EVERYTHING I could need. I can’t thank them enough for making our first trip with the pups perfect!

Location was great but would not rent this house again. Strong musty smell that was overwhelming. The washer and dryer are in a different building and very inconvenient. Outdoor space was dirty and furniture was broken. Need outside shower or at least hose to rinse body and feet to eliminate sand getting inside house.

Lovely accommodations. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. It’s in the beach block on a quiet street. My partner and I were delighted to bring our small dog along with us. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great stay for the two of us and our dog. The cottage is perfect size, one bedroom with a nice kitchen and living area. It is just three houses back from the beach access. The beach is wide and clean. There are several good restaurants within a couple miles, and a handful within walking distance.

Rich and Lauren were the best host. The Sand Dollar west was the perfect spot for us and our little Dachshund, it was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Several restaurants were a short walk away also. We will definitely be staying there again.

We have been going to St Augustine Beach for several years with family. This year it was only my husband and myself so we looked for a smaller place. This was perfect! Love the cottage and the location. Hopefully we will get to stay again soon!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

This villa is the 3rd house from the beach!! With a beautifully updated kitchen & bathroom, very clean, with all things needed to enjoy your time at the Beach & in St Augustine. It was just about a 10-minute drive to downtown/historic St Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway week at the beach here!

Very comfortable! Very Clean and well equipped kitchen furnished with everything necessary for as much cooking as we wanted to do. Comfortable bed and functional bath. Close to beautiful, wide, and in May mostly empty beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants. We hope to return next spring.

Very comfortable for two people, great location close to historic downtown, restaurants, grocery, and just steps to the beach. The cottage was a fantastic alternative to a small hotel room for about the same price.

This place deserves five stars but I only can give four due to the $500 deposit they require. They ran the $500 my credit card and I had to ask several days later I left for them to return it. Which they did…But I could’ve overlooked it very easily. I’m wary of properties that require large deposits. Overall the place is awesome. Clean and in a very good location, close to the beach I wish I could give it five stars but deposit is prohibitive.

Able to sneak away for a few days before the rush of school activities started. The property was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our days at the beach and, as always, wonderful dining throughout St. Augustine. Would definitely rent again!

The cottage was just perfect and extremely clean. New kitchen appliances. Close to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The contact person is very friendly and flexible. The communication went perfect. We will absolutely go back .
