House was as advertised. Beautiful views of the beach. Only small complaint is that the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, and even though Im sure the garages (which were not accessible), contained the owners property, it would've been nice to have had the space to park our motorcycles. But otherwise there were no issues and our stay was great!

Ocean front property where the waves breaking against the beach may help you fall asleep! Pictures of property don’t really capture how great of a location….that is if you are looking for a beach/ water front beach home!.Great deck, all the beach chairs and umbrella you need along with outdoor shower….perfect for family and friends.

Great place for ages 83, 81, 53, 16, 11 and 9!Bed a bit high and toilet too low for us oldsters but we managed. The views from bedrooms, kitchen and dining room exceptional. You’ve created a special place for special memories! . Sally and Bob Barnum

Home's location is amazing...directly on the most beautiful beach and close to town. Interior is nicely furnished and stocked with necessities. We only wish the property had been maintained before our visit because it was very grown. And the closets need to be cleaned out (possibly invest in under bed storage). They were so full we were unable to hang our clothes. I highly recommend and would stay again.

The location was perfect! The view, of course, was awesome! The property and all its amenities were exactly what we needed! The whole process was easy and we would do it again in a minute! There were 10 of us and the girls had a fabulous weekend!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Had the most perfect views. Exactly as pictured and included anything you might need for a relaxing stay at the beach. Close to all the St. Augustine attractions and tucked away perfectly for the most peaceful time after a day out enjoying all that the area had to offer!

I came here with my family of seven and we had an incredible stay. The big picture windows, the deck views and the access to the beach really make this house worth it. Because of our direct access to the beach our last morning we were able to hang at the beach, watch dolphins in the waves and still be packed up by 10am. I highly recommend this house.

We've used this property twice now for our Christmas week get away. The location is close to everything you need but away from the busy part of the area. Once in the property, you'll know why you chose to stay there. The back deck and view of the ocean is perfect for a family or personal time. The kitchen has all the standard items you need, the beds were perfect and updated, bath/shower space fit the occupancy and the dining area gave a beautiful view. We enjoyed this location so much that we chose it for our 40th anniversary trip this year. Nothing more relaxing than the view from every room in the house.

This was an amazing clean, fully equipped home. It was all that and more. We are three sisters that can’t say enough wonderful things. Point of contact was on it, everything was already there . Most relaxing vacation we have had. I would love to go back. If there is a con I guess it would be how hidden and when you find it you are amazed.
