Disfrutarás de este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en el atractivo complejo frente al mar de Ponce Landing ubicado a solo unos pasos de la hermosa St. Playa Agustina. Esta casa ha sido renovada recientemente para incluir pintura en todas partes. La sala de estar abierta ofrece comedor con capacidad para cuatro, así como una barra de desayuno para asientos adicionales. El salón tiene una vista impresionante de la piscina del patio, TV de pantalla plana y conduce a su área de patio al aire libre. Este es un gran lugar para relajarse y ver a los niños jugar en la piscina o tomar un cóctel y ver la puesta de sol. Hay una cama King en el amplio dormitorio principal y balcón con vista a una de las 2 piscinas a las que tendrá acceso. Comience el día con una taza de café en el balcón principal y mire el amanecer de la mañana. La habitación de invitados tiene una cama queen y una pequeña terraza fuera de la habitación de invitados donde incluso puedes capturar un pico de la playa. El espacioso garaje para un automóvil es ideal para almacenar sus suministros de playa y tiene una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo. Se proporcionan sillas de playa para su uso. Sabemos que disfrutará de este excelente lugar de vacaciones a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, pubs y tiendas. Alquile bicicletas para la semana y viaje por la playa o simplemente navegue por la zona. Hay mucho que ver y mucho que hacer o simplemente no hacer nada más que pasar el rato en la playa.

Loved our stay

My only issue with my stay was that it went way too fast. The townhouse was clean and well-stocked as described. So convenient to the pool and the beach! Nice, quiet, family area. Look forward to a return trip!

While the townhouse allowed pets, the property identified a very small area for walking my medium sized dog, which was about 1/2 block from the townhouse only accessible through the parking lot. The parking lot lighting was almost nonexistent so getting to the dog walk area at night was concerning. Due to the wet weather (not blaming anyone for the weather) I was very concerned about falling in the parking lot.

Loved the unit right off the pool

The garage was such a blessing for us. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, and our bikes. It was nice to know all of the items were safe in the garage.

Great Pet Friendly Stay

For being a pet friendly apartment, it was very clean. For our family of 4 it was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Patty the Manager was also very nice and super helpful. We had a flat tire on our way to St. Augustine and she helped us find a place to fix it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Great location with easy access to the beach and close to town. Unit was clean and well-stocked. Nice, quiet community that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I really appreciated being able to bring my dogs along, and they loved it too!

Great quiet location

We had a wonderful time with our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the condo had everything we need. Very quiet place right on the beach and a great location close to historic St. Augustine. Perfect size for our family.

Great family stay!

My family and I had a nice and relaxing stay. We look forward to visiting again. Great location to great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This location was nice and quiet wasn’t over packed. Enjoyed the pool right out the back patio. Beach was just a short walk away.

Wonderful cozy condo!

We had the best time with our kids at the beach! This was such a pretty condo & loved the short walk to the beach. Loved being provided with chairs & things for the beach, definitely came in handy! The lady who rents it is a sweetheart! Definitely looking forward to renting again in the future!!

St Augustine first timers

This trip was perfect and this unit couldn’t have been better. It was only steps from the two pools and the beach. We stayed there for over a month and had no issues. There are a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely book here again.

Great location, needs some work.

The only complaint we have is that the beds in the guest bedrooms were in bad condition. The sheets were stained and the box springs were coming apart. The mattresses were warped and uncomfortable. Unfortunately this made out stay not as enjoyable as it could have been. The location was very ideal though and the rest of the unit was great.

Both pools closed!

We checked in and found the pool right in front of us was closed, full of mold and surrounding cement was torn out. Workers walked back and forth right in front of our sliding glass door. Our beach towels was full of clouds of dried cement from the jack hammer. The noise was loud. Parking was horrible because the workers took all the spots. The last day we were there they closed the other pool! They said there was no chlorine in it! Bad management in this townhouse community. I would stay away from this place
