Quiet little getaway
The house was perfect for us! Such a nice quiet area, yet close to everything. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space and enjoy the trip. We will book this again in the future!!

Great house, quiet street, close to everything
The house was just as described. We loved the location to STL destinations. It was on a quiet street. I grew up in StL city homes, so the little older home quirks like squeaky floors didn’t bother me. Our only complaint were the pillows. They were so thin, flat as a pancake. Please, homeowner, replace them!!

Perfect location
We loved our stay in this cute house. So close to all the things we wanted to see without being in the middle of the city. The house was clean and well furnished. We even made a few meals there. We had everything we needed. We will be back!

Family Vacation
We had a mix of adults and teens. This was charming, comfortable and clean! It sleeps 9 with three bedrooms and a pullout double bed in the living room and a long comfy couch in the downstairs living space. Two large TVs and a well appointed kitchen made this house a lot of fun! Teens took over the basement while adults had the living room tv! The dining room has a large table for family meals. It is a historic neighborhood with beautiful red brick houses. Remember a power strip, not a ton of outlets for tech minded teenagers but the beauty and convenience and laundry facilities more than make up for that tiny easily corrected inconvenience.

Quick summer trip
The place was as advertised. Much better than a hotel. Downstairs shower was huge and had great water pressure. Beds were ok, never quite was good as your own but they were fine . Pots and pans were of marginal quality , if you are planning a longer stay and want to cook more you may need to bring your own pot and pan . Nice to have Netflix and Amazon prime to watch . Good tv selection.

Nothing fancy, but just what we needed
We were in St. Louis for a few days for a large conference that was going on at the same time as a Cards/Cubs series, so hotels were a VERY hot commodity. The house wasn't fancy but for a small youth group it had all we needed with a perfect setup to have girls/boys seperated spaces. It was tucked back into a small neighborhood giving a safer feel from being downtown with a group of kids during the biggest part of the days/evenings. It was just a short trip to get into the dome/convention center.

Fantastic
The house was close to local family making it ideal to go to and return from visiting. The house was also centralized to the many activities and sites offered in St. Louis making it more enjoyable. Our host was always responsive to any emails I sent her way, which was reassuring that if anything did arise out of the ordinary she would respond without us having to wait long. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Perfect stay!
The house was very clean and comfortable. Our boys, 10 and 14, loved having the basement to themselves and we enjoyed the space upstairs. Beds were super comfy and despite the many homes in the neighborhood, it was extremely quiet. We enjoyed seeing the bunnies hopping around outside. We were close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the home to others especially with older children!

Great STL visit!
This is a great house for those wanting to explore Saint Louis! We were never more than 25 minutes from where we wanted to go. House is older but is clean. We only found 6 towels, but there were 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids). Kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood itself is fine, but surrounding areas were not ideal for runs/walks with young kids. Overall, we had a great time. The host is also very responsive!

Great House
We had a wonferful time in St Louis on our family vacation. The house was well kept, clean and in a great location. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. All the major St Louis attractions were only about 20 minutes away or less. I would definitely book this place again.

Great house for family trip
Very clean and nicely decorated 3 bedroom house in very quiet neighborhood. HUGE shower in downstairs bathroom. Nice linens and beds comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely book again!

Property was perfect for ladies trip of four to visit St Louis. Private basement bedroom, sitting area and bathroom, in addition to two bedrooms upstairs. The property had gotten skipped on the cleaning schedule but after speaking to VRBO and host it was quickly resolved while we went to dinner. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great property!
Perfect accommodations for our family of 5. Enjoyed the arch, the zoo, Magic House, and City Museum. Great place to visit! Definitely check out Ted Drewes Frozen Custard close by! Clean home, plenty of space to spread out, would highly recommend this home!

Great for our group of 6
We loved this house! It was just the right size for 3 couples. Everything was perfectly clean and neat. The shower downstairs is enormous, and could really benefit from an additional shower head. Aside from that observation, we had zero complaints! Good communication and instructions. Enjoyed being able to park in a garage.

St Louis Trip
The mattress in the bedroom downstairs needed to be replaced - or there could have been something wrong with the frame. There was a "hole" in the center of the mattress. Other than that it was really good!

Perfect for families!
We stayed with three adults, two teens, and two kids. The house having two dens allowed for separate relaxing spaces. Location was convenient for sight seeing and was the neighborhood was safe.

Very comfortable
The first thing I noticed was the neighborhood was very quiet, well kept, and safe. The house was very very clean! And the bathroom in the basement was great. Location was great, close to highway, stores and a great breakfast restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Would totally stay here again!
We loved this sweet, adorable house. It was clean and plenty of space for our group. The quiet location was great being only 15-20 minutes to everything downtown but also not far from other sites like Laumeier Sculpture or Ted Drewes Frozen Custard!

Andrea was absolutely fantastic with quick responses to all of our requests. Mainly, there were no warm blankets (they were at the laundry shop) so she promptly bought three new blankets the next morning. Very nice stay and great location.

Another great stay!
Have stayed here multiple times. Never disappoints. We have family in town and come back frequently to STL to visit. The new updates are tastefully done. It’s just my husband and I that stay, but house is nicely laid out for more guests. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

Really nice and convenient!
We had a great stay here and it was great for my family of 5. Convenient to everything and in a safe neighborhood, plus near a Save A Lot for any quick necessities. Kitchen was sufficient as we made all meals here. The only downside is one of the bedrooms has no curtains, which is where two of my younger kids slept, so they were up much earlier with the bright sun. We swapped bedrooms the next night and noticed that their bed slopes in and is not comfortable for two adults. And there was only one spare blanket we could find in the entire place. Mostly little things that can be easily fixed and we would stay again as we can tell they take care of it as it’s very clean and well maintained.

Thank you. We had such a Wonderful Stay.
This home is Exactly how it shows in the Photos. It was just my husband and I, Our daughter and our 18 yr old grandson. He slept downstairs and was so thrilled to have his own bedroom and TV. This is in such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It is so close to all the Sites in St Louis and also so convenient to visit family and friends. We would truly love to come stay here again the next time we come in to town.

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It had plenty of space for the two of us and would be great for a family, the beds were comfortable, the HVAC system worked well and the shower was very good. We would certainly consider a return visit because of its location.

Perfect hideaway in a cute neighborhood
We loved our visit to St. Louis and Andrea was beyond flexible and accommodating. The house is adorable tucked away on a dead end. We were close to all our destinations including the zoo, arch, the hill (for amazing Italian), Ted Drewes (trust me-go there) and our true purpose for being there Barnes Jewish Hospital. When plans for my surgery changed, Andrea was beyond accommodating and so easy to work with. We plan to stay again when I return for the second surgery and hopefully at some point a true visit to St. Louis.

Great stay!!
My husband and I stayed here for over a month while our home was being renovated. Andrea the owner is very easy to work with, flexible and kind. The property is very clean and has all the amenties you would need while away from home including a washer/dryer, towels, tolietries, kitchenware, ect. There water pressure is great. The neighborhood is adorable and diverse with friendly, welcoming neighbors. It is a no outlet road so it is quiet with no thru traffic. Very close to the highway. Great spot and will recommend to friends and family visiting from out of town!! Stay here!! So cute, clean, and great south city location!!

Perfectly fit our needs
We were in town somewhat unexpectedly with the arrival of our granddaughter 9 weeks early. Andrea was great in working with us. The home was clean, bright and perfectly fit our needs. We’re originally from STL so visiting nearby attractions wasn’t important this trip, but it’s nicely located near plenty of things to do and great restaurants.
