Muy lindo el hotel, limpio, buen trato del personal, el restaurante muy rica su comida y los bartender de la barra muy atentos. Las habitaciones muy amplias. Recomiendo este hotel. Excelente

La atención fue excelente la piscina cerca ala playa es muy bonito las habitaciones muy limpias un poco pequeñas y el parqueadero no me parece justo pagar si eres costumer del hotel pero todo muy bien

The view is beautiful! You don't have to go anywhere for meals or drinks! Staff at Jimmy's are awesome!

The hotel was very close to the beach (walking distance) and in a safe neighborhood. The hotel itself was very over priced with small rooms and a slow elavator. The hotel seemed like it was run as a family business with a lot of family members that did not want to be there. The ladies at the front desk were not friendly nor welcoming. The young girl that checked me in had the personality of a oompah loompah. The true saving grace of this property was the restaurant and bar Jims Fish House. The food and drinks tasted great, the patio waitress and live music were amazing. You could clearly tell he is not affiliated with the hotel because they are run much better than them. As a Packer fan I was surprised to see a section of the restaurant dedicated to the team. The hotel wins for its location and restaurant and that’s about it.

Very friendly staff, room service was tasty and delivered quickly even on a holiday weekend. Very close walking to the beach and plenty of shopping and dining options.

The pool is great although disappointed there was no beach access. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and comfortable. Kudos to them! Princess Z (sorry don’t recall her name) was helpful and gracious. Offered to arrange airport transportation which worked wonderfully. As my first visit to Clearwater, I would stay again. One issue was with room key cards. The first 3 days I needed new cards multiple times. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker

Property is really outdated, very 80's looking worn rugs bedding. The room keys kept losing the ability to open our door and I had to go to the desk each day we were there. Our room had nothing but cold water, went to the front desk and they kept telling me someone would come look and nobody did, I even told a supervisor of the front desk. When I asked for a manager none was available (Easter Weekend), this was really depressing for the price of the room. The front desk had folks that were not really good at speaking english and they were hard to understand.

Not really family friendly, the most shallow part of the pool is 4.5ft. Rooms are dated and dirty, online photos are misleading, ocean views not what posted of the gulf view. Its more like an inlet view, Not the ocean!!!! Breakfast was an awful buffet at Jimmys onsite restaurant. People smoking various things on balconies not even able to open sliding door. Overpriced and misleading.

We got in late at night and the front desk clerk was the perfect start to our stay. The facility is older as other reviews have said but it is well taken care of and very clean. From day one all encounters with any staff was friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants are so yummy and it is an easy walk to the beach or shopping. We would stay here again!

Location is great, short walk to beach. Room could use updating, box springs old and broken. One of the two elevators was out of service, the WiFi was down - pool area needs more seating . Not a good value for the money

This property is minutes away from the beach, restaurants, shopping opportunities. Very nice pool with beautiful sunsets. The rooms are adequate and the staff were nice.

The property was nice but NO beach access like advertised. LOTS of construction in the area. The rooms have furniture that was older and out dated. Staff was nice. For the price, we would not return to this hotel as there were others that were more updated with closer beach access.
