This place was amazing!! It felt like home and it wasn't missing a thing for someone like me flying in from New York. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, beds were comfy, all linens and towels even for the pool which was fantastic!!! Shampoo conditioner, soap all the little things. The wagon with chairs and umbrellas were great for going to the beach and sunset was gorgeous! The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants, ice cream. Brett was responsive to every question and details which was so nice. He was even able to accommodate a late check out for a very small fee on the last day since we didn't fly out til 5. We had a family of 6 all adults and there was plenty of room. The yard was big and so pretty with palm trees and flowers, the pool with floats and then the horse show pit added bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay Brett we will definitely be back

I cannot say enough about this place and the owners. Would rate higher if I could. House was very spacious for our family of 4 adults and two children. Every amenity possible inside and also including lots of pool toys and beach equipment. The pool is amazing!!!! Kids didn’t want to get out. Beach is a short five minute walk. We saw a dolphin, a manatee and a stingray in the ocean from the beach and a turtle nest on the beach. Sunsets were stunningly gorgeous. Would highly recommend this house if you want a great place to stay in Indian Rock.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 grandparents. The beach is a short walk away, and there are fun little restaurants and bars also within walking distance or a quick drive down the road.

We loved our stay at this house in Indian rocks beach. The house was very clean and the pool area has tons of seating to relax. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Will 100% stay here again. There was also beach wagons and bikes to use!

This adorable 3 bedroom 2 full bath single family Vrbo listed home with the perfect size swimming pool was more than we hoped for. It had a classic beach feel with eclectic touches of decor. We enjoyed our privacy while we woke up and while winding down in the evening. We would definitely book with them again. Couldn’t ask for nicer people to help you with your stay.

We moved away from the area a couple of years ago but still travel down to IRB at least 2 times a year. We always book a rental in the general are near the 21st street beach access which is also close to restaurants and the bakery. What a find this particular home is. Great location, very clean, and well equipped. As a matter of fact, this home was the best equipped and most welcoming of any place we have stayed. From things for the pool/beach to kitchenware, this place has it all. The owner was very responsive to any questions and checkin/out was a breeze. Our only regret is we did not stay longer but we will be back.

Great house for families with the pool in the back and a true 5 min. walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops open even after the hurricane. Our second time staying and we can’t wait to go back again!

The location of this cozy house is in a safe, quiet residential area, but the beach and oceanfront is easily accessible via a short walk. But, with the pool and backyard, there is really no need to leave! This was a relaxing place to unwind and connect with family, and well-stocked with coffee, towels, soaps, kitchen items, which was very appreciated! I felt comfortable allowing my teenage kids to go on short walks in this neighborhood. We all loved our stay this week and would absolutely book here again!

The house is perfect for families with kids or infants like we had. The house is very clean and stocked with all kitchen items and plenty of beach items, including a wagon and beach toys. The pool has floats available to use as well. The backyard is a paradise! We loved our stay and look forward to a return visit next year. The host is great at communicating and handled a small problem we had the same day. I would highly recommend this property!

It was great it was beautiful but hot water heater didn’t have enough water for full shower for one person and we know it was cold but pool heater only ran portion of day water never got above 68 degrees. So we were never able to swim

Our original rental fell through 6 weeks before our vacation so this rental was a last minute find. Not what we normally rent or area we rent in but not bad for last minute. Owner was very nice and great communication.

The cottage is comfortable and clean. It has everything we need for our family vacation. Very close to beach and the attractions we planed to visit. The backyard is pretty and kids had a lot of fun in the heated pool. Had a nice talk with Brett. Thank you for everything! Looking forward to staying here again for our next visit.

Six ladies came down for a relaxing girls weekend. This place was an absolute gem. This place was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants as described. We loved having beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler and an umbrella to use. The pool area was very relaxing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

This is the perfect place to come to relax. We felt as though we had our own private resort. Nice short walk to the beach. But truly the backyard is where you will want to spend all your time. Brett was wonderful with his quick responses. We will stay here again for sure!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem geräumigen Haus, toller Garten, schöner Pool, große gut ausgestattete Küche, diverse Schwimmringe, Poolnudeln, Bälle standen zur Verfügung zum Zeitvertreib. Strandstühle und Schirm sind vorhanden, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand, schöne Gegend. Indian Rocks Beach sowie das Haus sind eine Reise wert.

All of the comforts of home and a nice, clean play to stay. My kids loved being so close to the beach and having all the beach items in the garage was great and kept our luggage light. The pool was sparkling clean and we loved using it as much as possible!

We loved everything about this property! Comfortable beds and extra pillows. We so appreciated the amenities that were offered since we were traveling from out of state (coffee, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, floaters, etc.) The home had plenty of space for hanging out-inside and outside. Some extra blankets would have been nice but aside from that it was perfect! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you! wagon,irsfloat
