Tarpon Springs
I loved staying here! The location was perfect; only a short walk to the sponge docks with shopping and restaurants and literally across a street from a beautiful park and spring. The neighborhood is quiet. John was an excellent host and responded immediately to any issue or question. My only issue was that the listing indicated there was a hot tub, but there was not. I would have used it had there been, but it was fine without one. I would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home
This little cottage unit felt very welcoming the minute we walked in the door. Everything was perfect. It’s in a wonderful location as it is within walking distance to the bayou and the downtown area. There’s quite a few wonderful restaurants close by also. We loved it and will definitely stay there again.

A great staycation
My husband and I had an amazing two days. We live only an hour and half a way and found the perfect place for a stay-cation. Cozy and so comfortable we will be back!

Charming cottage apt close to everything
Comfotable, cute cottage apt. 1/2 block from spring where we watched manatees. Walked to breakfast cafe and dinner every night. Excellent location and stay.

The apartment was adorable…clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Location was perfect for manatee and dolphin spotting! Springs Bayou was our morning walk and sun/ shade relaxing! The owners were very attentive and replaced a non-working tv almost immediately. Great property Thanks for sharing the apartment!

Relaxed and chilled
A few days to explore somewhere new , and the home didn’t disappoint, everything was incredible and such a beautiful home … the recliners were spot on after a day out. The tv was fun , having so many different channels. The beaches were lovely and the sunsets . The little town of tarpon is very quaint.

Perfect!
Accommodation was perfect for my trip. I was in town visiting friends. The location was very close to the restaurants and beaches. It had everything I needed and more. The home layout was ideal and the owner was very thoughtful about everything a visitor would need. Owner communication was ideal, very quick to respond and made access easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this property.

Peaceful living unit with all access to Tarpon Springs area
This property is perfect for a couple that wants to be in the Tarpon Springs area with all of the amenities offered in this Greek community. The property is quiet, out of the way but easy access to everything. The living unit is well appointed and very comfortable. The air conditioning units are rather noisy but it would be the same in a motel room and, given the heat and humidity during our stay, they were running wide open.

Great Girls’ Getaway
Property was cozy and felt like a peaceful home-away-from-home. Loved all the light that poored through the large windows. There were plenty of amenities, and the host was kind to offer bikes and beach supplies. The neighbor is next to a beautiful park, and a short drive to what quickly became our favorite restaurant - Rusty Bellies.

Mid-week getaway.
The cottage is well furnished and located conveniently located to downtown Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks. Our host was both available and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and would repeat visit if in the area again.

Nice place, good price and near town
This lower floor apartment type stay was perfect for us. It was very clean and well appointed. Compared to most place in Tarpon Springs it was priced well. It was close to both historic districts. Just 2 block to the old downtown and about 3/4 mile to the sponge dock area. Overall I would recommend this location for any couple looking for a few days in Tarpon Springs.

Great Stay
Great location from the sponge docks, downtown business and a park at the end of the block where we saw manatees during our cold stay in Florida where temps were below 55 degrees. The place is tidy and spacious and it had everything we needed during our stay. Communication was great as well. We would stay again when back in the Tarpon Springs area.

Very cute, cozy cottage
The cottage was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable tastefully decorated with all the conveniences a guest could want (down to the "good" tp). Only drawback was parking. I would recommend staying there when in Tarpon Springs.

Great place
John and Linda’s cottage is super cute and very well decorated. We felt an immediate sense of relaxation as soon as we walked in. They have put a lot attention to detail and provided everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean. The location is also perfect, as it is close to a park, to shops, restaurants and the Sponge Docks. John and Linda were readily available if we had any questions. We would definitely come back!

Spectacular location!
Our visit was delightful. The apartment was clean & well equipped, and in a wonderful location. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around, and shopping & numerous restaurants are close by. The Tarpon Springs sponge docks and restaurants were about a mile away, so if you’d like to walk it is doable. Beaches are also convenient, and the Pinellas bike trail is located nearby. We had a little bit of difficulty figuring out the Roku television, but I think that’s because I am an Amazon TV person ;) We were very happy with our decision to rent here.

Perfect Tarpon Springs location!
A very cozy retreat! The unit was clean and comfortable. Ours was a 2 bed, 1 bath unit. Our adult son was initially going to stay with us, but had a change of plans, so it was only 2 adults. Which turns out was nice because the single bath is inside the master bedroom and it is very small. Otherwise it was great. The location couldn't be better. We had an easy walk to the downtown and the Sponge Docks. We enjoyed going to Honeymoon Island and Howard Beach Park. Had a delicious dinner at Dimitri's and of course Hella's for dessert. The hosts are very responsive to questions We would stay here again and recommend this property.

Felt like home. Location was wonderful on quiet side street, walkable to downtown and bayou. Home was beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. Outdoor sitting area perfect for AM coffee and Kate night wind down. Highly recommend!

If I had a dollar every time someone in our party commented about how nice the place was, it would have paid for our vacation, LOL! Impeccably decorated, cute as can be, and you simply couldnt get a better location for the price. We loved it!

Comfort and Joy
My husband and I were very happy with the cottage in Tarpon Springs! We loved walking down to Spring Bayou to look for the Manatees! We stayed 10 days and explored the area. John and Linda are great hosts, the cottage was well equipped and we didn’t want for anything! Great vacation! Thank you!

Quaint and Comfortable Tarpon Springs Cottage
We found the cottage apartment at 110 Bath Street in Tarpon Springs to be very comfortable and quaint. Although the time spent in the cottage was limited. We enjoyed our time. Great location that was close to the town of Tarpon Springs. We enjoyed a early morning walk to the local cafe for a cup of coffee and avacado toast for breakfast. Overall, we would definitely rent this cottage again. Highly recommend this property.

Friends getaway
We LOVED our stay in this adorable cottage. Super cute, very clean and with amenities that you wouldn't get at a hotel. It made our experience in Tarpon Springs that much better.. it was a home away from home. We were blessed to meet John and were greeted with a big smile and with incredible warmth..😁 it was the perfect place to relax, reconnect and enjoy . It's the simple things that make this cottage a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a weekend where great memories were made! Definitely will be back!
