This was a great location across from the beach and very clean! I would caution you that the shower is TINY and there is only about 8 inches between the front of the toilet to a wall. I completely understand this area is still recovering from hurricane damage, but there was no laundry facility or pool which should be noted in the listing. Other than that, a good place for a short stay.

For an area that was devastated by a major hurricane a year ago this place was perfect once you opened the door. It was eye opening to see the destruction still in the area but every time we came back we felt safe and secure at this place. Thank you to the host for quick responses when needed.

Great location, super clean. Still recovering from the storm so exterior wasn’t the best but interior and location are to die for. Just wish the pool would’ve been repaired. But planning on staying next girls trip as well.

Walk across to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. This condo was clean, charming and conveniently located.Pool was closed due to damage from hurricane, but who needs a pool when the beautiful Gulf is right across the street?

Perfect accommodations for 2 people! Clean upon arrival. Mom and I had a wonderful mother/daughter special birthday week together. Excellent location- within walking distance to John’s Pass and across the street from the beach. Would stay at this location again!

Nice location roughly 3 blocks from the Pass. Across the street from the beach as well. The hurricanes damaged the bottom floor condos so we were the only ones in the building. Very cozy condo. Host was very accomodating. Would recommend the sunset tour from Treasure Island on a schooner. I would recommend Lisa's cafe for brunch. We thought this place was everything we needed for our couples beach getaway. Steps from the beach and a short walk to John’s Pass which we enjoyed daily. We were also only a short Uber away from st Pete beach, pass-a-grille, treasure island, downtown st Pete and everywhere we wanted to visit. We thought the place was super cute and also very clean, although it was hard not to track sand every time we came in because it was just so close to the beach! We loved every minute of our stay and all the recommendations previous people left us in the book on the counter!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The location was perfect—super close to the beach and to Jon`s Pass boardwalk with all the stores and restaurants.

My best friend and i stayed here for a few days. The unit was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was the pull couch didnt have a sheet and there is no room between the wall and the toilet. Im only 5'3" and had to sit a little sideways. Otherwise a nice little place.

It was perfect for our 2 day stay! The hospitality and welcome gift basket was so inviting! Beach is right across the street. Very clean! And all the things you may need. Cooler, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Beach towels were included too. Our girls said the sleeper sofa was the most comfortable one they’ve ever slept on. The bedroom mattress was super comfy, new and clean. Rates were reasonable for the location and short stay!

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and walk to get coffee or snack, shopping at John’s Pass. We had some bed issues which were resolved with the owner quickly. He responded to any concerns quickly! We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

This was a very clean condo, within walking distance to many things, close to the airport. They left us a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks which we loved! The only thing I’d say about this condo, the shower is small and the bathroom is configured so if you are a larger person, you may have trouble fitting.
