Condominio de 2 recámaras en Indian Rocks Beach

Este condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en Sunset Paradise en Indian Rocks Beach. Si bien la unidad en sí no tiene una vista del Golfo, está ubicada en el lado del Golfo, por lo que no tiene que cruzar la calle para llegar a la playa. Esta unidad está a solo unos pasos del complejo acceso a la piscina y la playa. El condominio se renovó recientemente desde ventiladores de techo, ropa de cama y colchones con cubierta tipo almohada hasta televisores de pantalla plana en las habitaciones y la sala de estar. El condominio ha sido pintado de arriba a abajo. La cocina cuenta con hermosos gabinetes, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y bien surtidos para su estadía. ¡Hay un bar / comedor con capacidad para hasta 5 para esas comidas en las que planeas cenar!

Como cortesía para todos nuestros huéspedes, ofrecemos sillas de playa, toallas de playa y una sombrilla de playa. Todos están en la unidad y listos para que disfrutes durante tu visita. Algunas otras comodidades que vale la pena mencionar serían 2 plazas de aparcamiento cubiertas / reservadas y conexión gratuita a internet.

El área de la piscina / jacuzzi está bien cuidada y se repara varias veces por semana. La terraza de la piscina tiene muchos asientos y 2 mesas de comedor con sombrillas. Todos los huéspedes de Sunset Paradise pueden usar nuestra piscina y área de barbacoa.

My overall experience was great! The condo was as described.The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the pool area, which is out of your control. People left their floats and items everywhere daily (in the pool and outside the pool). It was also very cloudy and dirty. The pump didn’t seem to be running at all.

Great stay!

My family had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue initially with check-in, but I appreciated that the owner was available and immediately took care of it within seconds. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was a short drive to the water park too. We loved spending time at the beach and pool, and the sunset views were incredible. We had an issue with getting the WiFi to connect (due to a storm) and Cameron replied immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We will definitely stay here again and have told others about it too. Indian Rocks Beach is a fun beach town within close proximity to Clearwater Beach. There’s so much to see and do in this area. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Convenient location

This was the second time we have stayed in this general area in IRB. Condo location is great, you are steps away from the beach. The condo itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. It was great that a variety of beach toys and chairs were provided. Manager was quick to respond to my txt messages when we had things come up. My only complaint is the lack of paper products and trash bags provided. IMO, if you're going to market the condo as able to fit 6 people then an appropriate amount of household items should be provided (i.e. one roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag isn't it). If location is your top priority then this is a great place to stay.

July Vacation 2024

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and have stayed in many condos. This condo was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The condo was steps to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as other sand toys. available for our use which was very convenient. I did have to contact the property manager to resolve a small issue and he was very responsive. I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are looking for a nice and affordable condo for their stay in Indian Rocks.

Indian Shores

We had a wonderful time on our first ever trip to Indian Shores. The condo was clean,and close to svereal restaurants,and most of all steps away from the beautiful ocean. We will be back.

Perfect Beach Week

We've been coming to IRB for years but this was bybfar our best rental!! Location was perfect--steps to the beach, of course, but also just steps to multiple restaurants and, most important, icecream. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom attaches to their room. Condo layout was also ideal for teens that like to sleep in and a mom who gets up at dawn! I didnt have to worry about waking anyone up. We will definitely try to book again in future years.

Great stay!

We had a lovely sisters/mom trip. The hosts were prompt in responding. Just wish there was more toilet paper/garbage bags ect since it’s no fun to worry about running out of them on a trip. Overall very great. Pool was wonderful and we could walk right to the beach! The beach chairs and boogie boards may need an update, they’re broken and rusty. We had a wonderful time! Catch a charter boat to Egmont Key island and Shell Key island and tour them and collect shells! Dolphins played behind the boat and it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Spacious condo

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

Indian Rocks 2023 Vacation

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family stayed here over winter break and enjoyed the hot tub, pool and beach. The location is wonderful, walking distance to everything we needed. There is shopping, grocery, bars and restaurants nearby. We did have a car so we could explore. The beds were comfortable and had beach chairs, toys and everything we needed. The only issue we had was it was a bit crowded for our family of 5. The living room didn’t have much room for the 5 of us to sit comfortably and hang out. Normally we wouldn’t probably be inside much but it was unseasonably cold. It would be nice if there was a sectional instead of a love seat. But if you have a family of 4 or less it would probably be fine. Overall it’s recommend this property, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location

We loved our stay here. Perfect location to walk to the beach and some great restaurants. My only suggestion would be to see if you can take the OnDemand channels off of the TV. Our first evening there as my kids are searching for something for all of us to watch, I had to hear them reading the very graphic titles. Girl on girl, Ho*ny Mil*s 3, etc. Other than that, it was the perfect location for our family of 4!
