This company provided an outstanding and timely level of communication, including very clear check-in and check-out information.
The house is small-ish but very clean and well-appointed. We were able to accommodate our party of three very comfortably and there was enough equipment in the kitchen to even make a simple meal.
When we were there, one of the amenities (outdoor fireplace) was out of service, but it seemed that they had just discovered that after the previous renter checked-out. So, while that was a shame, I was given no reason to think that it was the result of a shortcoming on the part of property management.
Again, excellent communication and that was much appreciated.
