Great location

Stayed with my wife and sons. House was clean and property manager was excellent at communicating when any issue came up. Stayed at this property a couple years ago and wanted to return. Only negative was the pool is not screened and mosquitos were significantly worse with this trip than on our previous visit. Again, the house was clean, the communication was excellent and the location is minutes from everything we wanted to get to. Would recommend.

I was disappointed

I was disappointed the house wasn’t in the best neighborhood and there were roaches in the house so we had to make sure we kept our suitcases closed at all times the pool was on a timer and wouldn’t work after 11pm and one of the tv’s in the bedroom didn’t work either. I was not expecting that .

Great location!

We stayed at the Largo Oasis for Spring Break and had a great time! It’s in a central location to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants. We explored Clearwater, Treasure Island and Madeira Beach during our trip. The house was clean, well equipped and had plenty of beach towels, umbrellas and chairs for us to use. The pool and spa were enjoyed as well. It was nice coming back to the pool after a fun day at the beach and hanging out on the patio. Kristy is a great host and is and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Outside space for the win! Our northern selves really enjoyed the warmth of the spa and patio. House was perfect for our needs and Kristy's communication was clear, prompt, and kind. Very easy to work with and all was as described in the listing

Wonderful stay with my young family

We had a fantastic time at this rental! The house was clean, and we encountered no issues during our trip. It was nice having beach toys and a pack-in-play for our littlest one. However, there are a couple of things to note: The "heated" pool isn't as warm as you might expect from a hotel; it only heats up to 85 degrees, which took the edge off the cold, but don't expect it to feel like a bath. It didn't stop our 3 year old from wanting to be in the pool even on the "colder" days of our trip! On the bright side, the hot tub gets plenty hot, up to 104 degrees. Also, the "highchair/booster" is just a basic booster seat. If you have an older infant learning to sit on their own, you might want to bring something more suitable, which we did. Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful stay! Enjoyed all the amenities. Host was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Every inch of the place was clean. And instructions detailed in a guest book. Highly recommend if you want to tuck in at the end of the day after beach going and sightseeing.

This was our first rental experience and enjoyed our time. House was very clean and host was very friendly. Had zero issues. Was about 15min drive to beach areas, but good location for the different areas we wanted to visit.

Absolutely amazing

This little house was so perfect for my family. The pool was wonderful. Everything looked exactly as it did online. The host was fabulous and got in contact immediately. We got to check in a little earlier because of our flight change and it was a life saver. When we got there we thought it was going to be an inconvenience being so far away from the beaches but we rather enjoyed being able to choose a different beach every day. The house felt like a home away from home. The only thing that in my opinion needs changed is the couch in the living room. It is not comfortable. Other than that the beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The host has so many accommodations for you. Dishes cooking supplies so much. There were plenty of beach items chairs umbrellas toys. It was just perfect. They thought of everything for a wonderful stay!!

Cute house with EVERYTHING you need!

We loved this property! Quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything necessary. Host provided so much more than we're used to in rentals. I asked if there was an air fryer at the property and host had it waiting on us when we checked in. We all loved the pool and outdoor space. No issues, but I'm positive she would have addressed any concerns for us. Highly recommend this property and this great host!
