It was an OK stay. Our biggest beef was that it was not well appointed AT ALL. No coffee, just filters. No oils, spices, etc. 2 pods each of laundry detergent & dishwasher detergent. Very stingy, especially since you're expected to run dishwasher & washing machine with towels upon departure. So be prepared to have to run to the store to pick those things up. Also very stringent check in rules don't allow check in until after 4 pm no matter what. The green furniture shown in marketing photo was broken. Lots of warnings about if you lose the printed out & laminated parking pass, you'll be charged 50. SO not welcoming or gracious, definitely would not stay there again. Many better, welcoming, non-stingy options available.

Great vacation spot

IRB was perfect for our family. Beach walks, coffee then looking for dolphins from the balcony in the morning. Beach and waterpark afternoons. Restaurants and bars in the evenings. Everything was walking distance.

Great time in IRB

We loved the property and our stay. The condo was lovely and we loved the neighborhood and walkability. We just had some confusion about where to find the lock box when we were checking in.

Stay in IRB

We spent the week of Thanksgiving with family members and to visit our son who lives in Tampa. The unit was very nice overall and the balcony provided a great place to sit and relax, even when the beach was a bit chilly. The water park passes are great for the kids, and most everything you need is within walking distance. You only need a car to go to Publix and it's 5 minutes away. We only had a problem with the dishwasher. Maintenace was responsive, but they were unable to fix it during our stay. We would definately stay here again.

Terrible vacation!

There was no information on how to get around the Splash Harbour property or how to get our wristbands. Access to the park is extremely limited and there were no instructions on how to navigate around the property. Also no info on what you had to do to get or purchase more wristbands. We were on the 6th floor. An elevator will take you to the 5th floor but then you have to walk stairs to the 6th and 7th floors. The elevator was not working out but if you read older reviews I’m not sure it ever works. Pretty impossible with strollers, beach wagons or a wheelchair! You definitely should be notified if the elevator is out! We were there a week and never saw anyone attempting to work on it. The condo itself was nicely decorated and clean. But the air conditioning didn’t work. When we finally got ahold of someone they said “at least it’s cooler tonight.” They did come and fix it about 10:00 PM. Then we discovered the dryer did not work. We had a little one that was sick, so they gave us access to another condo below us to use the dryer. Good, but with no elevator acccess, we were up and down the stairs for that too. Finally got our dryer fixed the next day or so. Then we discovered our kitchen sink had no hot water. Finally got someone to fix that the next day. This was all extremely disappointing when you are paying over $3,000 for the week. With all the problems and the terrible access to everything, we even left a day early. We will never rent there again!

Very easy process to check in..condo was just as pictured with water park. Owners were very accommodating and checking in to make sure everything was as we wanted. I would definitely rent this again.

Great Place, listing is accurate.

Great place. Everything was as advertised. Great location within short walking distance of beach and several restaurants. Water park was fun for the youngsters in the group. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was very nice as well. I would return in future if our plans take us back to Indian Rocks Beach. Only two negatives were every small : 1) only two chairs available for beach 2) Ice maker not working in refrigerator.

Great location

The location to the beach was a quick walk. Also a quick walk to restaurants. The morning sun shone on the porch and yet we also had a great view of the sunset from that same location. Finding the hidden #3 elevator was a challenge.

First and not last stay.

Stay was great. Beach 2 blocks away. Went everyday. Wagon, umbrella, and chairs provided. Water park with great lazy river just downstairs. A few shops & several restaurants within 5min walking distance. Slyce pizza is a must! Great seafood at Crabby Bills & JDs. John's Passage in Treasure Island just 10mi down the rd. Drive on down another 5mi to Passagrill for nice sights. Miniature golf nearby. ZooTampa ok. Halloween at Busch Gardens is a must!!! Hope to own in this area one day. Balcony view was a favorite of ours. Waterway & ocean view. Composite outdoor seating very comfortable. Going to buy some myself. Couch not comfortable. Worn out. Needs new cushions and steam cleaned. Washer & dryer was fantastic! Serta beds were ok. Very firm. We cooked meals everyday. Fully furnished. 10 beach towels provided! No complaints but things I would fix or change in condo... 1. Refrigerator wouldn't make ice. Water line maybe blocked. 2. Flooring needs replaced in kitchen. I would install Smartcore flooring throughout the entire condo. It's waterproof and indestructible. 3. I would use a nice shower curtain instead of clear glass in masterbath. With a party of 9 the bathroom could be used without interruption. 4. Outdoor fan on balcony. 5. I would supply a couple of rolls of paper towels & tp. Garbage bags too. 6. Double sink each bathroom. 7. Update/new couch & chairs. 8. Masterbath shower lacks water pressure. Hope this is helpful for future renters or owners.

Great rental, great views, great location!

Spring Break 2021

Our property was terrific- clean and welcoming with a nice view of the inter coastal. Quaint area - not the hustle and bustle our family is use to but so accessible to many beach areas and things to do. The water park area was nice to get out of the sun yet have some fun. Anytime you can enjoy the FL sunshine - it’s a plus!!

Long weekend at the beach

We stayed here in early November, 2020 and it was perfect for us. We had two families of three and the room configuration worked out amazing. Both sets of parent in their own rooms with the kids in another with their own beds. Very clean property with great views of the intercoastal waterway and the gulf. The beach and local restaurants within walking distance were great too. If we needed anything else there were plenty of stores and shops within a 2 mile drive. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will be back!

Fantastic Stay

This was our first time using VRBO to rent a vacation stay. Everything was wonderful. Everything was clean which was very comforting in lieu of covid-19. The condo was so well stocked that we did not have need for anything. We loved how close it was to the beach that we could walk in less than 10 minutes and the surroundings were fun for a vacation stay. We will definitely keep this on our list when we want to have a short vacation.

Amazing Place!

Our family absolutely enjoyed everything about this property from start to finish! Tom was so good to us and made sure to check in. Really showed us true hospitality during our stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed the whole stay. Beach chairs, wagon, all kitchen needs. It was clean and homey. The views from the condo were beautiful. You could see everything from the ocean, inlet. Super quiet. The location is top notch, everything is within walking distance. The restaurants, bars, beautiful beach! The water park is amazing for the kids and on site bar for parents. Something for everyone. Was handicap accessible for my grandmother that can’t do a lot of walking. Elevator was only 10 steps away from condo. I could go on and on. Thanks so much Tom for everything!! Will def be back to one of your properties!

We had a wonderful stay and vacation. In Indian Rocks. Tom was great, responsive and we had no issues with checkin or out. The food recommendations were spot on and location perfect. The only issue was wiyh the elevator.
