Este condominio de playa está ubicado en la hermosa Redington Shores, FL, en 18320 Gulf Blvd.

El condominio ofrece un excelente plano de planta abierto y está amueblado para alojar c��modamente a 2 familias con niños. Gran y amplio balc��n 2 sillones, sofá y mesa. En el interior, la cocina completamente equipada cuenta con nuevos equipos de cocina y se abre al comedor y sala de estar, internet inalámbrico. El primer dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen size, baño privado con ducha, vestidor y TV de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con cama king size con sábanas de lujo, edredones de plumas y televisor de pantalla plana. La sala de estar ofrece un área adicional para relajarse y también puede alojar a 2 personas. Enormes comidas en la cocina cuentan con una mesa enorme que puede sentarse cómodamente entre 8 y 12 personas.

El Aeropuerto Internacional de Tampa y las fabulosas tiendas en International Plaza están a unos 30 minutos de aquí. S t. Pete / Clearwater aeropuerto tambi��n unos 20 minutos. Busch jardines - unos 40 minutos. Disney world - 90 minutos. Tanto los juegos de entrenamiento de primavera de los Phillies como los de los Toronto Blue Jays est��n a solo una corta distancia (10-15 minutos) desde aquí. Este es el condominio y la ubicación de tus sueños!

Su alquiler también incluirá una piscina de acceso completo, estacionamiento gratuito y todo lo necesario para que su viaje a la playa sea mucho más fácil: enfriador de playa, sillas portátiles, toallas de playa y juguetes para niños, colchonetas de yoga.

Redington beach

Condo was very nice and location was steps away from the beach. Great instructions plus condo was equipped well with kitchen items and beach chairs , etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again

Good location & plenty of parking

Overall the property wasn't bad. The location is good and there was plenty of parking. Check-in was easy and painless. The condo is in need of some tlc. The wallpaper in the livingrm is peeling off and there is a musty smell throughout which could probably be fixed with a dehumidifier. It wasn't dirty but could use a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, we didn't realize when booking that the pool & hot tub were closed due to storm damage so that was disappointing. We would probably stay there again when everything is back in working order. damage.

Our stay was great! From the time I booked until after our departure, the property manager Aleksandra, was wonderful. She was quick to answer questions and make sure we had the things that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The room was updated and modern. It was clean. It had all the things we needed like beach chairs and toiletries. Would definitely stay again!

Girls Trip

Property was very nice. Unfortunately, there was construction going on which we were told was on the other side of the building, however, it was extremely loud starting at 8:00am each day. We were under the impression that it would not affect us. Location was very good.

Beautiful and great location

The condo is gorgeous and perfect for a family. Beach is right there with pool and hot tub in between when you need a break from the salt water. Balcony has nice view and comfy seating.

This condo was perfect for us. We came down for the St. Pete Grand Prix race. It was a great location. Great views. Clean, it had everything for a family. Only sad we didn't spend more time there and on its beach front. it's nice and convenient. They supplied everything.

Seabird lovers paradise

We loved the easy access to the adjacent Seabird Sanctuary! The rental is very clean with modern design elements. Walks on the beach and daily visits to the free sanctuary next door were highlights of the stay.

Fun with friends

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious and clean and the balcony was great There were many places right off of gulf ave. My favorite part of the week was going to the pool and hot tub and the ocean. It was so nice to just walk through the pool gate and be on the ocean! So happy we rented with Izabella and Aleksandra. I would love to come back. 🏖️

Great Place

Love the place and location. Remodeling noise was a little annoying but the place will be even nicer once it is done. We were glad we were only there one day during the week because of construction noise. Would suggest that owner provide some type of local television stations. We had some weather warnings but had no way to local broadcast stations to stay informed. We did had streaming service which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Holiday getaway

Great central location-close to airports & stores, steps to beach and pool. Easy check-in, responsive hosts and all the touches that make a non hotel stay worth it! Easy parking, keypad entry, smart TV's in all the rooms, Wifi (maddeningly slow in the evening if you have to catch up on work) and stocked with pool/beach supplies so you don't have to pack them.

Great location and super friendly hosts

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hosts are incredibly nice people with great response time. The construction on the property (Aug 2023) does impact the experience and there were small items that we noticed which did not hamper the overall trip but experienced renters will pick up on them. We have shared that feedback with our contacts. You have many options in that area at this price point. Everything works in the unit as described and photographed. Unit was clean with comfy bed, strong internet, and some upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved: Location, Customer Service We liked: Beach access, deep pool, modern kitchen and appliances, washer/dryer. Great internet We noticed: Had to self-configure the electronics, damage to multiple pieces of furniture, ice maker not working, it was just small things. Overall the place has incredible potential. Wish it nailed it because the staff was so kind.

Spacious, Renovated Condo on the Gulf

I was with my 85 year old mom and we both had a lovely time. The condo was very spacious and had been recently renovated. The kitchen was well appointed. The walk in showers and zero stairs to the beach and pool were a bonus when traveling with an elderly companion! The host, Aleksandra, was very responsive.

Great stay

Had a good time at this beachside Condo. The condo had everything we needed for the stay including toys for kids, beach chairs, towels etc and a remodeled kitchen. Nice pool as well. Would recommend to anyone planning a vacation at close to Clearwater Beach!

Everything as promised except 1 major oversight

Under HEAVY construction and this wasn't disclosed. This was deceptive as each weekday at 8 am the jackhammering and pounding commenced. 7 parking stalls were taken by the construction which meant the entire lot was full and anytime you left you knew you might not have a spot upon your return. Also, the pool roof was under construction and this affected access to the pool also.

great location and property

We chose this beach and condo because we wanted a to unwind more and relax. It isn't as busy as some of the neighboring beaches. The codes on the doors made it easy to access at all times. The condo was very spacious and clean. The property was well maintained. The owners thought of everything one might need while staying there. I was able to contact the owner about questions before our trip and during our trip and she would answered them in a timely manner. She was very helpful.

Construction

Property was very nice & clean up until the construction started Monday morning and then you couldn't set on the patio and enjoy your morning coffee without dust and debris raining down on you. Very frustrating.
