Mehrere Zimmer nebeneinander mit einem Außengang. Bei Ankunft etwas Probleme gehabt um an den Code zu kommen für die Parkgarage und das Zimmer. Sollte per Email kommen. Kam aber nicht. Deswegen angerufen und mit einer sehr freundlichen Dame gesprochen. Zimmer sauber und schön. TV funktonierte nicht. Dusche hatte keinen Wasserdruck. Housekeeping kommt nur zum kontrollieren und macht in der Zeit nicht sauber. Ich würde das Zimmer max für 4 Tage empfehlen. Danach hat man einen Sandkasten, da man den Strand vor der Tür hat.

We arrived at place which is very hard to find, did not have a password to enter rooms. Or did not have no room, after 45 minutes of trying with us unless machine's, we went and booked another room.

We found this gem our second time to Madeira Beach and fell in love. It’s not right on the beach but it is within a 2 minute walk and has views of the bay. It is our go to every time we book a trip. Love it! Everything, including dolphins, are right at your doorstep!

It was very confusing to find the actual room. There was not very good signage. Parking was confusing to navigate from the car to the room. The TV was difficult to navigate channels. The shower does not have any safety bars. There was too much white light in the room. The lamps were never completely off, there was always a dim light from each bedside lamp. There were 3 colored lights on the ceiling over one side of the bed. The thermostat was always lit up as well as the wall air condition unit. I did not see the voicemail offering the phone # for assistance. Something should be posted in the room regarding 24 hour assistance. None of the elevators were working for the duration of our stay which was most inconvenient when carrying luggage and packages.

We stayed for six nights. Room was very basic and it was a very loud location, trucks and people and public restroom below people congregating and hanging out talking very loud. Complained to management about a loud banging every hour all night long, Nothing was ever done about it. People walking around outside at night while I was inside room peeking in the window.

Property was great but check-in was terrible. Never received information on how to check in. Busy signal when I called. Ran into others staying there as I walked the block and they also never received an email for checking in. Loud at times from people on the street. Overall I was pleased with the stay after the long stress of check-in.

The picture is deceiving. The "hotel" sits above stores (one being "Big Dick's Sallty Seaman"). GPS took us to the address but we had no idea where the hotel was. A salesgirl pointed up. A waiter from Bubba Gump's said we should have received an email with details. We called the only number he had and were told we'd get a call back in 15 minutes. There is NO LOBBY/FRONT DESK!! It took several attempts for us to get back to the man in charge. Terrible connection! Finally got a code for the room (2 flights above the parking garage) and a code for the garage. Next day couldn't get out of the garage. Had to get a new code. That night wanted a couple of extra towels and hot cups. Was told they would arrive in the morning and man hung up on me. Water pressure was awful. Only flushed toilet in middle of night as it appeared stronger. Next morning there was water all over the bathroom floor as something broke off in the tank. Except for the room being clean (Thank God) and the proximity to the wedding we were attending, my rating would be -0- or lower. If you are looking for a regular hotel experience, this is not the place for you and.....................the price was no bargain either!!!!!!

Perfect location! We love John's Pass and were looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, it was during the recent cold weather and it was so cold in the room that we had to be covered up in bed when in the room. Floor was freezing! Thermostat was locked at max of 63. When we asked we were told that it couldn't go higher. So disappointed. Bed was comfortable. I don't know if there is a locked temp for AC so not sure how comfortable the room would be in hot weather.

Loved It
We loved staying here. Its super clean and perfect for location. The only thing i wouldve liked to see is to having black out curtains instead of a shade. The bigger gaps between the shade and window left an area where people walking past your room could view in. I would also have to say that the shower was the BEST ive ever seen in a hotel. It was gorgeous and huge and with it being all glass, it was spotless! It also had great water pressure. Communication was great too! Keep in mind though, you will not receive an email 24hrs in advance for checking in like it says online. You receive it when your room becomes available. My spouse and I were very pleased with this stay and if we ever get this way again, we will be sure to book here again!

Interesting property. No on sight management. You are suppose to get a confirmation with a parking garage and room code. We did not receive and had to call. Fantastic location for water sports, fishing and shopping.

My biggest gripe was that my checkout time was at 11am. When I left the parking garage designated for the hotel at 7am for breakfast, the garage pass already expired. That meant I couldn't get back in to pack also. Just a heads up, this hotel has no front desk. It's all handled electronically.

There is no front desk to check in, and there is no signage to show or even explain how to get in. So go to the parking garage where the robot lets you in and then you help yourself to room. I’m a bit disappointed in the fact that there is no hospitality left in the hospitality industry. Otherwise the place itself was a nice place to stay.
