Este condominio de estilo Key West actualizado y fabuloso tiene lo MEJOR de todo! Recientemente lo compramos de los dueños anteriores. Tenía un historial de alquiler sobresaliente y excelentes críticas, que son dos de las razones por las que decidimos comprarlo. Sin embargo, no pudimos transferir los 32 comentarios de vacacionistas anteriores a este listado.  2200+ pies de espacio habitable, tiene capacidad para 8, ¡y tiene 3 baños completos! Este es el más grande de los condominios en el complejo y se ubica directamente en la costa costera Inter con piscina climatizada, rampa para botes, muelle de pesca y playa privada en el complejo. Renovado y hermoso, es la unidad del constructor !!. Altos techos de catedral, cocina de granito bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, nevera para vinos y bar. También incluye GARAJE para un solo automóvil y espacio adicional de estacionamiento cubierto reservado. Balcón privado (con puertas de cierre de vidrio) con vistas a las aguas costeras, el muelle y la compleja playa. También hay una cubierta trasera del dormitorio principal. Pasos al GOLFO de MÉXICO a través de un corte público a través de la calle. Se sentirá como en casa y tendrá un montón de espacio para su grupo de hasta 8 personas a un precio fabuloso en comparación con los de la calle.

Enorme Master con pisos de madera y hermosos techos abovedados de madera, y Tommy Bahama Linens en el cómodo colchón King Memory Foam. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana y un escritorio en el Master para su uso. El baño principal grande tiene una hermosa ducha con azulejos, tocadores dobles y un televisor de pantalla plana en el baño. También hay una cubierta de la parte posterior de la habitación principal.

El segundo dormitorio también tiene una suite King con colchón de espuma de memoria y TV de pantalla plana, tocador y armario. Baño principal completo con tina muy bien alicatado y pintado.

El área de la sala de estar tiene techos altos, sofá desplegable de espuma de memoria queen, segundo sofá, silla, mesa de comedor y barra de desayuno. Televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ”. Esta área sale a un hermoso balcón privado con vista a la vía fluvial intercoastal desde donde se puede observar delfines, manatíes o el tráfico de barcos del día. Esto también da a la zona de playa privada y al muelle de pesca, todo para su uso.

El área de Massive Loft tiene un dormitorio de matrimonio con armarios y un televisor con capacidad para 55 personas, su propio baño muy grande con dos lavamanos. Nota: solo se puede acceder a esta área por la escalera de caracol y no se recomienda para niños pequeños y ancianos debido a la anchura / curva de una escalera de caracol.

Large Condo 1 Block from Beach

This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath condo was perfect for our family! It featured a lovely balcony facing the intercoastal, as well as tons of chairs, wagons, and beach toys. The private community pool was great after a long day at the beach. This listing understates how spacious the condo was— which was perfect after 4 days in a tiny Disney hotel room.We will definitely stay again!

Very spacious and baby friendly

We had a great time in the very spacious condo. We traveled with a 7 month old and they had everything you needed for a baby. The beach is just a short walk across the street. There are a couple of restaurants that are walking distance. We would definitely return again.

Family vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is so close to the beach, saw dolphins from the balcony and it was a very quiet neighborhood. I was very upset that part of the listing was not accurate. All items for the beach (chairs, umbrella), water toys (kayak, water boards), bikes and fishing poles were rusted, not usuable due a combination of being old, water damaged or not taken care of. This was very upsetting as i reached out previous to our stay and asked about bikes and was told they had some on site. A deciding factor I had between this place and another location was the fishing that was mentioned in the description of the place. Needless to say i had a very sad little boy when none of the fiahing poles worked. The bikes were rusted and all tires were flat with no way to air them up. The garage is full of all the non working toys so there is only 1 parking spot, not 2 as mentioned in the add.The bed in the master bedroom is extremely soft. I could see elderly or those with back problems have a difficult time getting in/out of bed. Items in the kitchen were not clean. Pans and cooking untensils were dirty and had to be washed before being able to use them.

Great condo

We had a great time at Blue Haven! Lots of beach toys, umbrellas, kayaks, fishing gear and chairs you will not need to bring anything. Love the fact there was cleaning supplies, extra towels, beach towels, paper products available. It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach. We saw lots of dolphins and manatees in the river. There was lots of room for a family of 7 rooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Just need to label all the light switches.

Very spacious, great location

Beautiful area. Condo well stocked. The only thing we needed and couldn’t find was a hand mixer. I would highly recommend this condo. Beautiful gulf sunsets and waterfront sunrises.

Amazing time in Indian Shores!!

It was an amazing week enhoyung Dunedin and the beach while staying at Scott and Teri's condo. The place was great for our 2 families (2 adults, one child each) with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was great to sit watching The Narrows with coffee in the morninf, or while dimner was cooking at nnight.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved having the advantage of the intercoastal and the ocean beach. We rented a boat for a tour of the intercostal up to Clearwater-lovely! Each of us are widows and we were able to have family come and visit because there was plenty of space. We had a minor issue with a door lock that Scott resolved the next day. Scott was very responsive. The only downside was the stairs to our condo, especially since our suitcases were heavy. (My friend and I are in our 70’s). However, we learned to plan a bit better to minimize our trips. Definitely recommend this condo.

Enjoyed our visit

We really enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores. The unit is spacious and the views of the intra-coastal water way from the balcony were fantastic. The unit could use some updating and a good cleaning in the kitchen, dining and living room area. Little things like missing light bulbs or maybe the lights in the main bedroom hallway just didn’t work. The master bedroom was very spacious and the master bathroom is roomy and great. I didn’t mind the memory foam mattress but my husband hated it. Scott was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

2nd trip

This was our families second time staying in this rental. It's one of our favorite rental properties we have ever stayed in. Great location. Five minutes or less walk to beach. Host is very responsive and helpful. We love sitting on back balcony over looking the water. We have seen dolphins most mornings the past two times we have stayed. Husband and kids love fishing off the dock. Some of our best memories are made here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a beach trip, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, everything about the rental property exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, cleanliness was a top priority, and the property delivered flawlessly. The accommodations were immaculate and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease upon arrival. It was evident that the owners took great care in ensuring a pristine environment for their guests. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight. Great condo

The condo was more than we were expecting. It is big, which was great! My kids took the loft and my parents and I took the master bedrooms. The ONLY downside of our trip was our daily alarm clock at 7:30am. There was obnoxious construction at the property next to us. They were fixing the concrete on each porch. The noise was awful. We had to leave the property during the working hours. We tried to enjoy the pool but the banging was too much. I wish we had known about this construction ahead of time. The property and condo otherwise was amazing. I would definitely book again!

Highly recommended for families

This property was exactly as described. It was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, fishing, and the beach. Our family of eight had a fantastic time fishing off the dock, walking across the street to the beach was easy, sunrises from the porch amazing, and we saw dolphins while kayaking. quick get a way

Nice place, needed more parking but it was fine, construction was very loud each morning and furniture on back porch was terribly dirty, they did come by to blow the construction debris off but still could not use furniture because it was so dirty. All in all good stay. Only had 4 Beach chairs, there was six of us and we did not know we needed to bring any. Only 1 umbrella. all beach stuff was rusted and needs to be replaced.
