Hi Joesph, we deeply regret that you had a negative experience at our hotel during your stay. We take the security of our guests very seriously. Would you please give us a call with more details about your stay so we may review the footage of this occurrence. The only members who have access to rooms are our housekeeping ladies and our Maintenace both inform the guests before entering a room. So it is highly unusual for someone to open your door latch considering we have 24/7 security camera monitoring. Please call us back with the time and date info and we will certainly address this issue.
