Al abrir la puerta en 'Miramar', te sorprenderá al instante el impresionante agua azul que tienes delante. Esta villa de alquiler de 3 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños en St. Thomas se divide entre la casa principal y una casa de huéspedes separada, que ofrece a los huéspedes una escapada privada frente al mar. We were returning to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had originally visited in June of 2004. There were several issues we found with the property. 1. The spa tub water was cloudy, the stainless steel fasteners rusted onto the tub.2. The pool bottom was littered with leaves and bugs.3. A cracked window facing the ocean, very old decayed window caulking, most likely contributing to water damage to the sheetrock inside by the window sill.4. Only 3 areas where smoke detectors were placed, 2 were missing and the one above the stove did not work. Badly placed locations. The other 2 had only the base plate, no detector and were placed just outside of the entry of the kitchen, 1 by the bottom of the staircase and the other by the right side of the entry to the kitchen ( just 7-8 ft apart). No other detectors on the second floor stairwell or hallway.5. On the soffets above the kitchen cabinets, mold was visible all the way around.6. Ceiling of the dining area had moisture damage, improper previous patching was coming undone. The mud and tape was hanging open.7. Downstairs bathroom toilet seat needs to be changed for a new one. Old mold and mildew stains set in despite cleaning.8. Air vents in upstairs bathroom and bedroom moldy and dirty. Moisture damage to ceiling in bathroom by vent.9. Shower pan need to be caulked, grout is cracked and separated from wall tile. This may be the water damage seen in the dining room ceiling.10. and other issues.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Cliffside Villa in St Thomas. The owner, William, was gracious enough to meet us at the house and ensure we had everything we needed and he stopped by when asked to grab our trash. The rooms were comfortable and private for the three couples who stayed. (they only wished the beds were King sized!) We prepared dinner for three of the nights we were there, and the kitchen provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, hammock, and the large tables for having meals together and playing games. Plus, Magans Bay was easily accessible down the road and we appreciated the beach towels that were provided. Our favorite part was the spectacular view that could be seen from pretty much everywhere on the property, even the master shower! I hope we can return one day! When we do, we will definitely stay here.

Drive up is no joke. But once you are there why would you ever leave. And the guy who met us there was so responsive. Any question I had or anything I needed he was wonderful. He even texted to check on us on our flight out date. Was it Thomas? I am sorry I forget his name.

What an incredible view from the property! We loved the time we spent there. A very private and beautiful setting, 3 minutes from Magens Bay. As in a lot of places on St. Thomas, things get a bit dated and could use some sprucing up, (furniture, paint, beds, etc.). It was very windy while we were there, so we didn't use the pool very much. Hot tub was nice to relax in.

We were very pleased when we arrived at the entrance and opened the door to an amazing view. The house is very well kept, clean and comfortable beds. Sitting outside at night watching the stars was very relaxing. Cooking at the house was great with a clean Bbq grill, oven and all cookware. To our surprise, there is a new AC unit installed in the downstairs of the house now and there are a couple windows that open upstairs, as well as a very well functioning AC unit. For the most part, we had the AC off and enjoyed the fragrant breezes coming in off the ocean. Ive stayed at many Caribbean homes, this was definitely in my top 3. We had an issue with the water heater in the main house and William came to fix the problem within an hour. Other than that, there were no other problems. The pool was too cold for us, but we did enjoy the hot tub several nights. Very safe community. We look forward to staying in the future.

This place in this place! I don’t know what I liked more, the house itself, which is so charming and conveniently stocked with anything you might need on your trip to St. Thomas. Or the view from the place, which seems to change throughout the day, revealing a new islands we hadn’t seen before. It’s dream-inducing. Or is it St. Thomas? I feel in love with that island and its people. Honestly I would stay anywhere and love the island but if you want to do it nice, you won’t regret booking this place. It’s not only beautiful and safe but it comes with a really cool host who is extremely responsive and very St, Thomas, meaning “very nice.” Hope to go back one day!

The property is older with beautiful views. There are a lot of stairs to get from the street down to the house if you have trouble with stairs. We really weren’t at the house much but the house has just about anything you would need. The hot tub was a great addition to have.

House was about 20 minutes from shops restaurants and many beaches. Magens bay is close. Kitchen well appointed, plenty of utensils. Living room gets warm if breeze slows. Rather hot in the summer, bedrooms all had AC and it worked well. House is a little worn, not fancy. Upstairs bathroom door needs repairs. And hall closet. Don’t forget the bug spray, really bad if the wind dies down. Pool was clean and cool but felt good in the heat. Hot tub cover was broke, only used once. If planning to explore the island may want somewhere else, lots of driving involved when staying here. If you plan to stay in the house is ideal

Husband turned 50, daughter turned 2- and son just graduated high school. This beautiful house worked very well as everyone had their own space as well as plenty of room for being together. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view and location to all the great bays/beaches. Go to Northern Grind for coffee and sandwiches. They were awesome. Communication with William and Tony was easy. Tony met us there and showed us the property. It was night and dark. Tony and his wife had us follow them and showed us the way to the grocery store. Just awesome all the way around! Thank you!

Upon our arrival, a rainbow was waiting for us straight out from the villa! The home really did have everything we needed, including nice beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and snorkle equipment. William made sure there was a full propane tank for the grill. The house was clean, which is important to me. If you are looking for posh; this is not your place. It could use some updating, new paint and updated fixtures, but this is what made it feel rustic for us! This home was clean and comfortable. The outside was simply perfect, and where we spent most of our time when we weren't at a beach. Yes the pool was cold, so I only dipped in it twice, but the hot tub was perfect and very private. There was only 2 of us, so we never used the extra bedrooms, but did check them out, they were clean, small bathrooms, but would have been fine for guests. The upstairs main bedroom was perfectly fine. Others have complained about the air conditioner and windows. No, the windows don't open, but the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable (if you keep the door closed). There were plenty of linens and the bed was comfortable. Downstairs there is no air conditioning, but the breeze took care of that. The kitchen had everything we needed as we enjoyed most of our meals at the villa. Only 2 burners on the stove worked, but that was all we needed. Our favorite beach was Hull Bay! It was close, lots of free parking and had a great bar and food truck! We rented a stand-up paddle board for the week at Island Life Water Sports, and it worked out great. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

If it wasn’t for the view and being secluded it would have sucked. The pool was cold, the oven didn’t work, the main bedroom air conditioner leaked and all the lighting was sketchy. Communication was aweful with no acknowledgement or response from William. No beach chairs and the coolers handle did not work, little things could improve this place for sure. Would not stay here again.

We had everything we needed, prompt attention from the property manager, grill on-site, hot tub was lovely, beautiful sunrises, close to Megan's Bay Beach. Just make sure to rent a vehicle or plan on paying steep Taxi rates b/c you can't walk anywhere from this property. Great stay all-around.

This was trip fro a few friends and myself for my 50th birthday. We could NOT have asked for better. This place was AMAZING in all respects and I will recommend it to ANYONE who is looking for an ASTOUNDING view, and great access to beaches and some of the best food on the entire island. You are staying luxury here. We loved it!

My family and i came back to the island for my daughter's wedding. Having lived on the East End for many years it was a treat to stay on the Northside. This is the best view on the island! The layout and accommodations were perfect for my family. Our host was very nice and there if we needed him which we really didn't but he was there if we needed him! I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!!!!!

The place was absolutely amazing. Everything you need from towels to sunscreen to a stocked kitchen. It was clean and comfortable with a/c in the bedroom. The only bad thing was the neighbors up all night and laying in bed it sounded like they were talking in your ear. Could hear every bit of the conversations at 1am. But even with that 4.5 out of 5.

We had a great time. Home had everything we needed. View was spectacular. Wish we would’ve discovered the binoculars before our last morning. Ha! My only thought is the main houses bedroom windows need some repair/attention. Most do not open and the breeze is so great there. Would return to this property in the future.

Our stay was for a week and we had a great time. The rental was very nice,as listed. Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels -for bath and beach. Everything was very clean and there was a beautiful breeze every day. The pool was a little cold but still nice to sit by. There are 2 beach chairs available and snorkels and masks too. Thank you William for hosting!

We had a great stay at Miramar! Pros: awesome location, well equipped kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, tons of snorkel gear. Cons: windows are broken so can’t open so must use bedroom ac, hot tub broken so doesn’t get hot, 42 steps to get to property (no big deal for us just fyi), only 2 beach chairs, very windy by pool.. chairs would blow into pool so we didn’t use the pool at all.. did the beach instead. All in all, great location but needs some TLC

We loved our stay at Miramar! View was breathtaking and the home had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults. Our college age kids had their own private detached suites and we enjoyed the upstairs master bedroom. The main living area was spacious as well. Perfect!
