When I came to my room after a very long work day , the room was like a sauna (no exaggeration, over 100 degrees) and would take hours to cool down. I was moved to another room immediately but it to multiple trips to the lobby to get the digital key resolved before I could actually get it and to sleep.

The hotel is easily accessible. Very clean. No complaints. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good as well. Would stay here again.

Feces in toilet
Unfortunately, this hotel lost all their points due to lack of cleanliness. The toilet was not cleaned when I arrived to my room. There were remnants of feces inside. There was hair on my bed and towels. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies, so I just cleaned the room myself, but I should not have to!

Furnishings on 3rd floor need updating, cleaning, etc. Walls are too thin. Could not sleep because of loud talking, children playing in adjoining rooms or maybe it was the rooms above us.

The place is needing new carpet and bathroom floors were sticky and grungy. Furniture was pretty banged up. Door molding was gone and you could see light all the way around the door to the hall way, very noisy.

Great hotel - unsatisfactory customer service.
Happy with the stay but after staying there for 13 days because we were adopting a new boorn baby and it was born as a prematurely (at 34 weeks), we had to extend our stay because the baby was not out of the nicu. The hotel management would not extend our stay at the current rate but instead had us book another one at double the previous rate we had for 13 days!! To me, someone who has worked in the service industry, this was not good customer service.

Room directly above us was noisy, one of us was awakened in the night. Bathroom: toilet too low, shower door glass very filmy, shower head sprays every which way. Crack around door.

This location is in dire need of some TLC. Our shower head was moldy. The floors were just generally unclean. There was a stain on the shower floor. The door to our suite looked as if it had been pried open and we had to push it for the handle to latch and then push again to lock the deadbolt. The pillows are flat and useless. Breakfast and coffee were good!

There was a lot of soap scum on the shower door, and the corners of the bathroom looked like they had not been swept. Otherwise it was fine. A little disappointing that Hampton isn’t supplying body lotion anymore.

My room was big & very clean. There didn’t seem to be an AC in the hallways however. Pool was nice. At check in I didn’t have anything to sign which I found odd and never received an email receipt although I asked for one at checkout. Overall, great place to stay.
