Very nice place, clean and comfortable
We were visiting family over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay, this was perfect location-wide, very close to the airport. The home is very comfortable and cozy.

Great location and lovely home
The property was very clean and well-stocked. We had no problem with parking - 2 spots out front - slot 43. The owner checked in to make sure we were good. Neighbors nice. Great location with access to mall, toll road, airport, etc. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for a short weekend!
We had a great stay. Everything was exactly as we needed it to be. Lots of extra towels and blankets, and the 2 king beds were both very comfy! The location was great for our weekend events in downtown Leesburg.

Clean, quiet, basic furnishing
This townhouse was what we needed. Large screen ROKU TV in living room, 2 other ROKU TV in bedrooms. Clean and quiet. 2 reserved parking spaces out front. Both bedrooms upstairs are large with soft/comfortable king size beds. The unit could use more furniture. No dressers in bedrooms, no end tables in living room. Bathrooms are small, especially the 1/2 bath on 1st floor - but nice to have! Back yard has only 2 chairs.

Management non responsive to maintenance needs!
My opinion: the immediate neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Issues: The toilet broke, would not flush on the FIRST day. I called the maintenance number listed on Virbo, emailed them and texted them thru the system! They never came so we had to handle it ourselves. Low water pressure in the bathrooms and kitchen sink. The back yard area was overgrown and not maintained! There was holes in the fence so there was a total lack of privacy. Dated apartment with some updates. Rusty pans Rusty toaster We were parked in the assigned parking spot #43, yet we were still harassed by neighbors who wanted to make sure that we didn’t park in their parking spot! Of course there are the typical “cleaning” fees.

Nice place for a quick weekend visit
This property was very clean with basics available, including dedicated parking spots immediately in front. The host responded promptly to inquiries and messages. The location has quick access to main shopping and dining areas.

Beautiful and Exceptionally Clean
This townhouse was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting the area. I love that everything was so clean. The furnishings are slightly sparse but ample for 4 people. The kitchen had all necessities and we were quite comfortable.

Cute and convenient!
The house was so cute! I used to live in the neighborhood and know it is safe and family friendly so I was excited to find a home available there. Heather was super responsive and accommodating. There were the basic kitchen items we needed- including extra coffee thank goodness! Check in and out was easy and smooth. I have friends coming to the area soon and I just sent them the listing!

Short stay
Good: Kitchen had everything for cooking/eating, everything was generally clean and tidy. Best: Beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable. Honestly one of the best beds I've ever slept in. Bad: Many of the "floorboards" were loose, we tripped over them a few times. Worst: Instructions for parking were that there were two free spaces available. My group only brought two cars because of this instruction - nowhere did it specify in the property guide if there were any limitations other than this. On the second morning I happened to look outside and noticed that my friend's car was getting towed. We had to pay off the tow truck operator to get the car off the truck, but luckily we caught it before it got towed. This is a residential neighborhood with plenty of parking, so I'm not sure what the issue was. The operator didn't provide any helpful information other than "you can't park here." It was not a handicapped space and did not have any signs or restrictions - was just like all of the other spots. At that point we were about to leave, but I have no idea what we would've done if we were staying longer. Whatever the issue was, it was not communicated to us if there were specific spots we needed to park in or if we needed a parking pass.

Excellent place to stay! I will be back
I am frequently in the area for work. I really appreciated finding an alternative to staying at a hotel. This townhome was beyond excellent. Imacculately clean, large and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. The house was sunny and bright. Location was excellent.

Family stay

Family visit and tourist
The property was as described. We had 1 serious problem with our stay and other minor problems. We were unable to get the shower to work. Phoned the owner at the number she provided that week and the number was not in service. I was forced to bathe sitting on the side of the tub: uncomfortable, inadequate, and unsafe. Other issues included no Kleenex, fitted bed sheets that wouldn’t stay on the bed, intermittent internet service, and clients who do not use streaming TV services. We were happy to come home and will continue using hotels in the future.

Decent property
Lovely neighborhood and the property could be very nice but it was not that way upon our arrival. There's good space to spread out and the Roku TV made for easy and enjoyable relaxation. We arrived, however, to dirty dishes, dirty floors, dirty trash can, dirty ceiling an unkept backyard, a moldy shower curtain that we decided we had to change ourselves before using the shower. There were discrepencies on check-out time that caused some confusion. The info sheets inside the house also said we needed to take garbage out yet some person unannounced and unexpectedly walked into the backyard and startled us a bit, but ultimately just came to take our trash out. None of these items caused any huge issue (except maybe the gross shower curtain), but at the same time we did not expect this based on the previous reviews and we were rather disappointed about the sub-par communication. Feedback for the owners, it would be helpful to stock more drinkware. I think there were all of 4 or 5 glasses (only 2 of which were tall glasses) yet something like 12 bowls.

Perfect location, comfortable home
We stayed here while our home was being renovated, and it was perfect for us. The beds were so comfortable, the house was well equipped with anything you could need and the owner was super responsive. Highly recommend. If we do more renovations, we will definitely keep this property in mind!

Clean and Quiet
This is an excellent option for a small group. The home is clean and quiet. The owner is responsive and friendly. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around the area, since it is next to Rte 7 and Rte 28.

Great place for family of 4
We were thankful for a place close to our family, but yet could stay on our own. This had all the amenities we wanted and was a quiet place to stay. The owner communicated with us before and just after to make sure we were settling in alright. Would recommend!

Great location and comfortable beds!
The stay we had here was great. It accommodated our family perfectly over our 2 week stay. The best part was how comfortable the beds were! It would be nice to have a few supplies such as paper towels and trash bags upon arrival but nothing a quick trip to the grocery store didn’t fix. The location was close to the 7 which made everything convenient.
