The worst experience ever. If we could give a minus of any number it would not even been enough. A message was sent to go in with a code on the door. THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery . There was one small small restroom that was not just the problem, there was no lock that works to close the door when you wanted to use the restroom /toilet. There was no lock on the small shower with dirty floors either. I had to call few times so they call a handyman to come after three hours to put a hatch lock behind shower door as if no one ever knew the defective doors before we get there. On top of all, when we asked about parking , they said over the phone at the time of reservation, there is parking available in front of the building but again after we got a TICKET, he figured out that he should have told us to buy parking on an app available digitally. In which if he would have known and told us before we wouldn’t get a ticket on top of the most ridiculous price for a non functional toilet/ non functional shower/ 84 stairs to go up and down and torture of the century. Anyone who likes to do their business outside of the apartment they are renting and don’t mind to pay soooooo much for Nooooothing was good. Honestly it was a joke to face it
