El lugar muy bien conservado limpio bonito espacioso a unos pasos del museo de la Mercedes, lo único malo fue que tratamos de lavar ropa y fue muy complicado no hay servicio de laundry . Todo lo demás excelente

A 500 metros del museo Mercedes, a 4 km del centro de la ciudad. Habitación conveniente. Estaba cerrada la calle que lleva al hotel, se complicaba acceder al hotel, había que rodear como 2 kms.

Habitacion excepcional en una zona tranquila
Habitacion muy comoda, con una cama espectacular para poder descansar y la habitacion suficientemente grande para poder dormir toda la familia. Un restaurante con buena comida alemana a unos 15 minutos andando.

Nos equivocamos al elegir este hotel porque se encuentra bastante lejos de la feria (una hora aprox en metro hasta llegar al stand). En los alrededores solo hay un restaurante abierto, así que las opciones de cena son en el hotel o 4 días en el mismo sitio.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Hotel. Die Betten waren bequem und die Größe des Zimmers ausreichend. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück lecker. Mercedesmuseum zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Super praktisch für Fußballfans, Stadion direkt nebenan. Mit dem Auto sind Therme, Zoo und Innenstadt in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alles bestens.

Generell passte das - neben der Schleyerhalle - da wollten wir ja auch sein. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist derart schlecht (oder gar nicht) ausgeschildert - suchten ewig danach. Nachdem wir endlich geparkt hatten, dann Check-in - problemlos. OK, die Infos waren oberflächlich und die Frühstückszeiten nicht ganz richtig, aber auch das passte dann. Zimmer: ok Bett: ok Frühstück: ok - aber total überforderte Mitarbeiter - die können da aber nichts dafür. Man hat ein wenig den Eindruck, das Hotel würde ein bisschen vernachlässigt werden... aber auch das: ok. Man muss heute in 2023 ja froh sein, wenn überhaupt noch jemand arbeitet. Und die die da sind, die sind dann gnadenlos überlastet - Managementproblem - oder einfach unser System - unser Land. Schlimm. All den Mitarbeitern dort jedenfalls DANKE - wenn auch nicht alles rund lief - aber es hat dennoch gepasst.

Im großen und ganzen gut, aber in der Preisklasse könnte man die angegriffenen Möbel durchaus ersetzen, Flecken im Teppich beseitigen.. Ein Aromazusatz für die Sauna wäre auch schön.. Ansonsten durchaus empfehlenswert
