I was charged $45 more for the room upon arrival. The tv had no coverage of the men’s basketball sweet 16. Not helpful staff

You booked a Standard basement room and it was prepaid to Expedia. And you upgraded to a Superior Room and the 45.00 extra that you paid was for the upgrade that you asked for. Also we provide basic satellite cable tv cannels and if they dont coverage that sports event we are sorry but we cannot help it.

I was very surprised there was no coffee machine. The lights in the room are very dark. The lights outside to bright and shine in room all nite. I would only pay $60 per nite not the very high price I paid. And when booking in no one at reception even when leaving no one at reception. When I did get someone only thing he continued mentioning is no smoking no pets. Did not feel well received... Felt like I was disturbing him. I'm never going back

Well we have 7 light bulbs in the room and if you find that too dark then something wrong with your eyes. Also we remind all the customers about our No-Smoking and No Pets policy at the property. And finally if you only wanted a 60 room then you should have stayed at your home.

Lets just say our room looked nothing like the picture! The room was very musty and it was below grade so we could not open a window No air conditioning Not very good value for the price

Room was clean. D trail comes right to back of property. Early check in was available. Restaurants/Gas/LCBO nearby. Only complaint would be being able to hear neighbors clearly through walls.

Overall good experience. Staff was friendly, room was large. One item missing would be a coffee pot in the room. Everything else was provided. Entrance to the room was a little dicey! Mild weather brought melt from the roof which was dripping rightin front of the steps making it very slippery. Overall good experience and would recommend and stay again!

I like that its close to snowmobile trails.property is always under construction .no coffie maker in the room .no coffie ice or anything else us available at the hotel. The office smells bad.

Sorry but we are doing a major renovation and it takes time. To improve and give good, clean and quality rooms we have to do renovations. Also there is 24 hours ice machine in the office area.
