Property is quaint, rooms clean and to be expected for the style of property. Food at the restaurant was sub par and not worth the visit. I'm guessing by the reactions from front of house, they are well aware of the issues within the kitchen, though are powerless to change it.

I arrived and waited 5min for an attendant to be at reception to check me in. I had a work meeting, so I left and held the meeting from my car instead of the room. When I returned to reception after the meeting concluded, I waited 12min before someone welcomed me at reception. (I know as I received a phone call while waiting) The room was clean, but had a smell to it. For the price I paid, it was not worth it.

The rooms haf been modernised and it was clean and had a new bathroom and a very comfortable Bed but the drive up to the property definitely needs improvement

Enjoyed the ambience and surroundings also liked how they leaned toward feeding the aged & those with pension cards with large discounts on meals.

Before arrival my card was overcharged. On check in there wasnt a manager on duty that could rectify this and as a result I was issued drink vouchers to the value of. The room was well presented but due to the age of the building it was noisy.

Very clean and quiet. Only thing missing were tissues in the bathroom and a tea towel to wash and dry coffee cups. Other than that, it was great

The room was basic. Located next to a pub carpark, cars driving through, people leaving the pub at 3am. Shower door hitting toilet, 2/3 opening. No tissues in bathroom. Reception staff very helpful with booking stuffed up by Expedia. Definitely not worth $175 a night.

Wonderful room and bathroom, clean and modern. Comfortable bed and great big-screen TV. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great having the bistro next door for meals. A little difficult to find at first due to the street numbering, but a great relaxing stay. Looking forward to returning in future!

Staff were all friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. Freebies were a pleasant surprise that enticed us to eat in the restaurant. Fridge was in need of replacing and sliding door needed to be locked with a piece of timber behind it. Both of these especially the fridge was a bit of a negative.

The fast there was a park right outside our apartment and the staff said it was not allocated to us. For the price we paid I would have expected to have a allocated close park.

Was quick and easy to check in, room was freshly cleaned but had a funky drain smell going on. Very quiet and overall comfortable stay - room service was fast and meal was nice and hot. Great place for a business trip, arrive and all facilities are there.

Enter near the BWS drive through. Quiet property with newly renovated bathrooms. Walls are a bit thin so conversations, and adult activities, can be heard. Plenty of parking available onsite.
