Hi DebiWe noticed you was a No Show as your key was still in the after hours safe. How ever we sent 2 text messages 1 to say your room is ready and then the 2 text was the late code to the safe. We also have our afterhours number on the reception door where the safe is. What you need to do is contact Expedia about the refund.

Hi Kylie,Thank you for your feedback. On the Wotif website when you were booking online I refer you to the part of the booking where it mentions Parking & Public Transport and it states that there is self parking on site and limited onsite parking when you book a motel room.We do have dedicated parking available for all other apartments and if you asked at reception, we may have been able to give you a spare underground parking if one was available.
