Our crew really enjoyed the week with lots of beach time. Accommodations and the location are good. Loved the outside showers, hoses and close proximity to the beach. The main road can be busy at times. Being dog friendly was a must for us. Some of the outlets in the kitchen made the lights flicker and the appliances are a bit dated. Has all the cookware you could need but no extra trash bags, paper towels or basic cooking items (oil, seasoning, etc). Grocery is close by. Holden is a family beach with a chill vibe but not much night life.

One of the better beach stays we have had. Nice, clean home, and pet friendly. Great location. Not beachfront, but such an easy, short walk to the beach with access just across the street. We rented bikes for our stay and biked to dinner every evening. Great area for walks and bike rides. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed for about 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for accessing the beach with little kids and within in a short walk to a great coffee place and ice cream! The shower bunk below the house was perfect for the kids after a long day on the beach. We will be back!

We had a wonderful, if short, stay at Day Dreamer! The house is conveniently located across the street from the neighborhood beach access, which was so convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Place was in great location but not well equipped. For example only one trash bag supplied for a very small kitchen trash can. Only soft washcloths to scrub dirty pots & pans, no steel wool. After looking for an outlet in king bedroom, was left aghast at how incredibly filthy the baseboards were behind bed. The couches are so densely covered in dog fur, it doesn’t appear they’ve ever been vacuumed. The coffee table & side tables were coated in dog fur under the glass tops. The windows in living room were saturated in dog nose prints and dog drool. Even the beverage coasters were saturated in an unknown film of funkiness. All the previous reviews lauded about the cleanliness of the place so we were truly baffled & disappointed.The kitchen & bathrooms were clean but there are many areas being skipped. However, bed linens & towels super fresh and clean. This is our second time renting a beach house that was quite dirty so we were quite disappointed.

We have stayed in this home before. You are on the 2nd row but you can see the ocean from the home. Also it has a private access right at the house, just cross the street and you are only steps from having your toes in the sand. There are 2 showers that have to be shared. (One shower is super small) This house is great for a family, and you can take your dog with you. The home is very clean. The best feature is the beds are already made when you get there, and you don't have to take it apart when you leave. If you are looking for a great get away this is the home you want. Side note, we found our best great white shark tooth ever, right in front of our walkway down at the water.

Really liked the house, kids loved it, house is in great shape, relaxing, great views with really great amenities. Property management company communicates well and is very responsive. Would definitely stay again / recommend to family/friends. We give it an A+!

It was nice but needs shades on all 3 doors. King bed is very uncomfortable. Also one lamp in the bedroom wasnt working. A recliner in the livingbroom would have been nice where you could put your feet up.

Pros: excellent location, plenty of parking, great size for a couple or small family, nice porch. Cons: house in need of maintenance/ upkeep, electrical & plumbing & exterminator issues.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch/balcony where we could see the ocean (or, at night, hear it). We liked the location and that the neighborhood was so quiet (we were there in early March). We chose the house because it is dog-friendly. We lost our 13-year old pup just before our scheduled arrival and decided to go ahead and make the trip. It was a good decision. This house was a wonderful place to grieve his absence. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for quick getaway for us. Had a work space for my husband and private beach access across the street was perfect. Loved this house and will rent again. Was going to rent again in Oct but unfortunately it was booked for the dates we needed. Very neat and clean. Linens were included and beds already made was a huge huge plus!

We had a wonderful time staying at daydreamer. The house was clean, had outside footwash/shower, and easy access to the beach which was pleasantly uncrowded for a holiday weekend. There was no lack in communication about our stay and check in/check out procedures. Appreciated that we were notified about being able to check in early. Would love to come back again!

We had about a 10-15 min. delay getting in at 4:00 because management decided to send the cleaning crew in a second time to clean more as the previous renters must have had some very furry pets! Lol, so we were thankful they did that and the place was very clean. Also very comfortable beds in all rooms. Also very comfortable seating in the family room to hang out and watch movies together at night. Kitchen had all we needed for nights to cook and eat in. There is still a vacant lot oceanfront and diagonal to this property which makes for a wonderful ocean view from the deck. Deck is partially covered to have nice shade most of the day. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings to rock in the rockers with our first cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean before making the trek down there for the day. Overall would most definitely stay there again and again!! Thank you for a lovely place for us to enjoy our summer beach week!

Property nice, great location to the beach. The actual house was pretty dirty and we spent a good amount of time cleaning, especially vacuuming up other dogs hair. The traffic outside was bad. I was shocked at how loud the cars going by were and it made it unenjoyable to sit out there, and definitely couldnt even hear the ocean.The kitchen was fairly stocked but just about no spices, the dishwasher didnt clean super well, and the knives super dull. The size of the house was good though, we had 3 adults, 2 dogs, and 2 kids. We did love having a shower house outside to get all the sand off before coming inside. Check in was easy too. The house just needs better maintenence in our opinion.
