Muy buen hotel con muy buenos detalles
Lugar perfecto para hacer una parada técnica antes de ir a las islas, muy limpio, habitaciones grandes, buena cama... El precio es muy bueno, barato diría yo para la calidad que ofrecen. Además tienen detalles como despedirte con una postal que nos cautivó.

El hotel que tienes que escoger en suratthani
excelente relación calidad precio, en el mismo centro de la ciudad, el personal amable, te dan un mapa y te arreglan el transporte al aeropuerto ya sea en taxi o bus, la habitación limpia y cómoda, con buen aire acondicionado.

Relación calidad-precio magnifica. Es baratísimo, son encantadores los empleados, está muy limpio , céntrico y bien cuidado. Cuando te vas, te dan una postal muy bonita agradeciéndote la estancia. Cuidan los detalles. No se puede pedir más por lo que pagas.

The staff were very helpful. The room was well worth the cost we payed for it. Many eating options in the area. It’s also very close to the night market.

I always stay here when visiting Surat Thani. Easy walk to both the night market and the river front. Also, the bus station is 5 min walk (Phantip Travel). I like this option for travel to Krabi because no need to go to train station, which is 25 min ride away and 150 baht or so. Be sure to do Phantip Travel booking online, as they dont sell tickets at the office location. Bottom line, this hotel is a great choice when bouncing through town for either Krabi/Phuket etc, or Samui. Wifi works fine. Restaurant options within a minute walk.

Lo staff è molto cordiale, la colazione nel bar dell hotel è buona, ma l’hotel è vecchio e abbastanza fatiscente, la pulizia è scarsa abbiamo trovato dei peli e delle macchie sulle lenzuola. Stanza rumorosa non sappiamo se per via del condizionatore. Rimane il meglio recensito della zona quindi dato il costo va bene per un passaggio veloce, comodo per raggiungere le imbarcazioni verso le isole.

Nice and helpful staff. Very convenient location to walk in town for eating at the night market and riverfront walking. They can help book ferry tickets for you. They give me a postcard with my name on it. A little surprise. Not many hotels are doing this nowadays. It is an old hotel and not updated. There is no hot water pot, no coffee in the room, no elevator. You have to go downstairs to get hot water for your coffee and instant noodle.

Abbiamo usato Surat come punto di appoggio per raggiungere l'isola di ko Phangan il giorno dopo. La migliore scelta che si può fare è il my Place. Pulizia e camera perfetto. Personale gentile. Ottima la mappa della città che ti danno alla reception. Utilissimo il bar accanto per fare le colazioni. (Chiuso la domenica) albergo consigliatissimo! Forse le biciclette sarebbe meglio che sia gratis tutto il giorno non solo 2 ore.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel avant le transfert sur une île. Petites attentions a l'arrivée et au départ. Chambre propre, personnels sympathiques. Situé à quelques pas du night .

It was a short stay before going to the airport. The room was big but not enough amenities. Fork spoon are not available. Some of the staffs can’t understand, I requested for a change of bedsheet and they shook head only. Nearby night market is good with all local foods and the popular padthai shop.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Super rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons logé une nuit avant notre départ pour les îles. La chambre était très bien. Spacieuse, propre et confortable. Juste à côté du night market, bien pratique pour manger et se balader le soir. On peut booker le bus + bateau à l accueil, ce que nous avons fait. Personnel agréable. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter

Miss informed
Overall the hotel was good, only issue was, I emailed in advance to ask if they had a smoking area in the hotel for my partner. I was told there was so we booked with them. Upon arrival he was told there was none and he had to go out on to the street when ever he wanted a smoke. To some this would not be a problem, but if you are told in advance there was an area within the hotel then there should be. Nothing worse then entering a building and there are people outside it smoking (I am not a smoker) where you have to walk through them. Hotel should of been more honest and say they are a smoke free hotel and we would of booked somewhere else, simple.

The rooms were clean but smelled very bad. One was very musty and the other smelled of cigarettes very badly. Other than that I can't complain about value for money. Clearly a basic decent 2 star Asian hotel with receptionists eating lunch behind the counter and another member of staff sleeping on a sofa in reception.

Spent one night here before heading to Koh Samui... Wish we would have booked another night just to tour around more. Hotel is great, right next door to the night market and floating market if you have time. Book your onward tickets here they are cheaper than anywhere we found. The staff is amazing even made a custom card for us when we checked out. Will definitely stay here again.

Great quick stay
This was a great quick stop before continuing on to the koh Samui islands. Cute travel themed lobby. Staff was friendly and quick and they offered tickets to the islands and a pick up from the hotel. Location close to a 7/11 as well.

Tillbringade bara en natt då vi skulle vidare nästa dag. Prisvärt med bra läge. Hårda sängar. Trevlig personal, men de missade att informera om att deras frukostcafé var stängd dagen efter.

市内中心部には近いホテル
年に何回も宿泊しますが、ホテルの近くに週に何回かは屋台の市場が開催されるので夕食はそこで好きなものを調達しています。 コンビニも近くに2件ほどあるので便利なロケーションだと思います。 乗り合い小型バス乗り場も歩いていけるので良いかと思います。

Stopover in Surat Thani
Simple room, good beds. A bit noisy as it was facing Main Street. Lengthy check-in as staff could not find our reservation. Staff was indifferent, did not care about our needs. Only very simple street restaurants, we did not dare... ended up at 7Eleven, also for Breakfast (hotel does not serve). Ok to stay there for 1 night.

Excellent staff
Very friendly and helpful staff, who helped us with our onward bookings. Room Was a bit dated but was good for two nights we stayed. Close to a night market and a few good places to eat.
