Hello Kory, I am sorry to see the review which is not very good. we don't know what you didn't like, but I guess our new staff didn't know very well because he is learning.This issue won't happen again as he learns quickly.

The room was uncomfortably hot. I turned down the thermostat when I entered the room. Part way through the night I woken to it being extremely hot again. (The room is heated by baseboard heaters).The window would not open, so was not able to cool it off. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

The heating zone valve was not working in that room on that night. we fixed it later. Sorry for your inconvenience.If you come again we will give you a good discount, thanks!

“Newly renovated” rooms are old and dingy. Carpet stained and room smells musty.

Hello Todd,That room had a water leaking on pipe, we thought it was fixed and cleaned. That room is ok now. Sorry for your inconvenience. I hope see you again.

no TSN tv, no air conditioning and front desk did not know what I was talking about,, so could not watch BC Lions football game.. cheaper motel so I did not expect too much but no TSN?? will not be back

I think the TSN just needs to be refreshed tho. but were sorry about this issue. we have fixed it tho. hoping seeing you again.

The hotel is not clean, spiders in the room, the rooms smell like cats and animals, no cold water or hot water. Bed sheets are dirty and had stains on them.

Basic Value Motel
The included continental breakfast was very basic and lacked some essentials and condiments, definitely could be improved. Kitchenette was also basic but was stocked with the bare necessities. The beds were far more comfortable than expected so a good nights sleep was made easy.

Could have been a lot better
The app says complimentary breakfast busy all they had was 3 half boxes of cereal and expired milk. No fruits or anything else to grab in the morning.

Nice hotel. Was very clean but basic. Had a fridge and microwave. Close to subway. Great for working in town!

Dear my guest, sorry to hear that problem last time you stayed here, The problem was water temperature was too high caused rubber ring was melt. problem has been solved by lowering water temperature. We are providing free continental breakfast now, please come again!

Clean and comfy
This hotel was was clean, fresh and comfortable. The owners are absolutely lovely. Best motel in swan hills.
