Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review . just a quick reminder if you stay with us again , there is a chair per room located in corner of room looking out the window .There is also luggage racks located in every room . hooks for towels or clothing is located on wall next to bathroom sink and hand towel hooks are located on wall next to sink . We are located on highway 31 , and rooms are located on second floor above store front that has catering kitchen and wine shop. Auto body shop is located next door it is not located under rooms . Also please let us know if you need help carrying luggage up the stairs we are happy to help if you ask . Hope you enjoyed our beautiful town and safe travels .

Please let us know next time and we would be happy to help with getting your bags to your room or can help you find a place that can keep you on ground level . Safe travels

Sorry you feel this away about our place . I offered you a different room with a firmer bed and you said that one would work great but you wanted to leave a day early due to travel plans. Offered to refund some of your money if we recieved booking that night but you did not get on site and cancel your reservation to open the room back up. Best of luck to you on your travels

Just so you know if you stay with us in the future we do have an office located on the ground floor has office on the door it is open from 8-5 Monday -Friday . no one there after hours oe weekend but the Phone number you get all check in details from is available and family lives on site if you were to need anything . All of our rooms are self check in with keyless entry with a key pad. Staff lives right next door and are just a phone call or text away if needed . When you open the door to the bottom of stairs it does have a sensor that does kick on all the lights up the staircase , very well lite up and also has double handrail . ROOMS ARE LOCATED ABOVE THE DAY SPA . PICTURES THAT ARE ON OUR BOOKING SITE CLEARLY SHOW THAT THEY ARE LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR . ALSO THERE IS PICTURES OF THE ROOMS . SHOWER AND SINK ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF TOILET ROOM ,SO THERE IS PRIVATE TOILET ROOM . COFFEE SHOP IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR WHERE YOU CAN GET COFFEE AND BREAKFAST . YOU CAN DINE IN OR ALSO HAVE A DRIVE THRU . THANKS FOR STAYING AT RAYS PLACE INN .
