In short, if location is your main concern, then you'll be alright but for the price I paid, knowing it was a small room, I would have expected better quality furnishings and accessories. The building is generally pretty quiet on the plus side.
The bed is creaky and noisy, the bed linen was old, stained and crumpled (there's also about 5 unnecessary pillows which then take up some of the limited storage space. A few extra towels would have been appreciated for a 3 week stay considering there's only a pay laundry in the building. There's an old clothes dryer on the balcony which might save you a few dollars but it would be nicer to have a comfortable table and chair to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee with that space
Much of the equipment in the gym was unusable and in need of repair.
The wifi details I was supplied with was for a network that had an expired subscription. I was advised to renew it myself and they'd refund me. A few days later, this network disappeared altogether and after asking, I was given an alternative which worked, but this also disappeared for a short period. As an overseas visitor, this was particularly frustrating.
