There was dirt and dust on the floor and the bathroom/shower looked disgusting we were quite disappointed with how the shower looked

The location is convienent. For those who like to party this hotel is for you because it has its own bar downstair. But for those who want peace and quiet then look for another hotel becuase we can't hardly sleep. There's too much noise from people coming in and out the hotel banging the entrace door til 4 in the morning. Talking loudly while walking towards their room. It's like you are staying in a flat with noisy neighbor. In addition, there's too much insect in our room. We even brought back a cockroache in NZ.

Was a good experience for the price didnt helpnthat i didnt know much about sydeny tho the area is full on easstern country people and the area cateers to them not much choose of food around unless yiu like eastern food they had a 2 week feetival going in while i was there parking was a pain there is meant to be parking behind the hotel free for giest but the peolle in the area would take then up hours at a time but iverqll was good for the price but probally wouldnt go back

This is the worse hotel. The carpet and bathroom was full of food and filthy. Toilet cap was with urine and dirt towels behind the doors.

Toilet and shower facility were terrible. Only one working shower, locks on doors not working. Toilets not flushing properly. Place looks rundown. Stained carpets, chipped cups etc. No screens on windows.

the bathroom was always dirty and the toilet seat in one of the stalls were broken. got the majority of our stay the hotel smelt so strongly or weed to the point of feeling sick. regardless all the staff we came in contact with were amazing and so friendly and helpful

This place is awesome no frills and comfortable
My fiancé and I had such a comfortable stay here. Not only were the facilities clean and staff welcoming; the bed was super comfortable and room was clean and fresh looking. Shower and toilet were close by and was great. Location is great with so many choices for food drink and shopping. Very multicultural I love it!

C’est un hôtel de style anglais à l’ancienne qui ressemble à un dortoir avec des chambres individuelles. Ma chambre n’était pas la plus agréable bien que propre même si un peu de poussière dans le coin du lit (il suffit de le déplacer pour l’enlever vu qu’il est sur roulettes). La fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas, probablement pour préserver la climatisation mais ce n’est pas commode pour aérer la pièce. Le point gênant était plutôt la salle de bain/douche commune. On sent que ce n’est pas bien entretenu. Le carrelage n’est pas impeccable donc il faut porter des chaussons. La baignoire n’est pas terrible du tout. Pas bien récurée et le pommeau ne marche pas bien. L’hôtel est à 1h de Sydney donc ça fait du chemin tous les jours même si le tarif est abordable. Je conseille d’utiliser sa carte bancaire (type revolut) plutôt que de prendre une opal card. On peut payer son trajet avec une visa ou une mastercard. Si vous êtes jeune ca peut passer mais autrement je ne conseille pas trop.

The king size bed was very comfy. Bathroom, shower and old hanging shower curtain made taking showers a dread. Aircon above single bed leaked onto the bed so we didnt use it !!! Theres more these are the worst bits...

I travelled by myself and had single room with shared bathroom and stayed two nights. Both were very clean and comfortable. Like most hotels there were stairs but usually someone was around to help me with my bag and walker. Missed having a bistro in hotel but plenty of cafes around property - a very busy nightlife outside but didn’t worry me or keep me awake as I was very tired from travelling. Bar staff and housekeeper were very kind and helpful.

Excellent budget accomodation
Excellent budget accomodation; bed was super comfortable and so was the pillows and room. This hotel is perfect for a base to explore Sydney and surrounds and the bathroom outside of the room didn't really bother me at all as it was clean and well maintained. I will most def stay here again. It was quiet as well inside the room pub noise for a sat night wasn't bad at all

Not recommended
I was really disappointed, the bedroom smelled of a mix of humidity and cigarettes, I booked 5 nights but only stayed 1 because I didn't feel comfortable. I contacted Hotels.com to cancel the booking, they told me not to worry, and that they would contact the hotel, but they couldn't. I also tried to contact them by phone as I was in a seminar and had no answer. In the end I stayed somewhere else and ended up losing my money. would not recommend it.

Room was tidy. Exhaust fan in room was extremely loud, as was another room nearby. The self closing door hinge had fallen off the back of my door and was hanging by the mount above the door. Hotel downstairs has no food, so it's drinks and TAB only.
