The day before we were arriving we were rung by someone from AirKeeper to say that we hadn’t filled in a form, which we knew nothing about. They were about to cancel our booking even though we had already paid in full. We were in the middle of Sydney without the items we needed.Getting into the apartment was not straight forward, no one to meet us, the key was in a safe on the wall in a reception and the instructions came to us through our phone.When we got in the apartment the big issue was no internet, and that was for 3 days. Luckily we managed to find a phone number but the person told us to phone the internet provider and sort it out ourselves.The apartment was basic, the bedding smelt musty and the whole apartment smelt.We had one set of keys and the door was self locking so if we had forgot our key we would have been locked out, with no reception no one to contact.The overall cleanliness was poor I don’t expect to have to clean the bathroom and buy the products.One set of towels for 8 days in not acceptable.
