Nos encantó el hotel y la experiencia! El desayuno es increíble, mucha variedad, calidad y saludable, el hotel es hermoso y elegante, la ubicación es excelente ñ, el parque enfrente encantador, el servicio maravilloso, tan amables todos! Amamos este hotel y vamos a regresar!

Acabamos de regresar de Sídney un grupo de 8 amigos, después de asistir a un Congreso Internacional. Hemos estado alojados en el hotel Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, establecimiento muy correcto y situado justo en frente de Hyde Park. El hotel, en lo relativo a alojamiento, está francamente muy bien. Las habitaciones son amplias, con un baño muy decente y un vestidor suficiente para una estancia, como la nuestra, de 8 noches. El servicio de habitaciones y la limpieza, impecables. Por ello, llama poderosamente la atención que el apartado de restauración sea tan deficiente (a excepción del desayuno, que es aceptable). Almorzar o cenar en el hotel se convierte en una auténtica odisea: servicio lento y descoordinado y comida inaceptable para un establecimiento de esta categoría. Es una lástima que ello ocurra porque el hotel se merece otro enfoque en restauración, acorde al resto de los servicios que presta. En conclusión, si se alojan en este hotel (y merece la pena hacerlo) piensen en buscar alternativas gastronómicas fuera de él, porque ni siquiera un sencillo sándwich supera la nota mínima, amén de la eternidad que tardan en servirlo.

Beautiful 15th story accommodation, with nice city views. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Helpful ground floor staff. Buffet breakfast was expensive but the best we've ever had--worth every penny. Excellent walkable Hyde Park location.

Good accommodation in ideal location, however the Park View Room with 1 King Bed that I paid for was indeed not a King Size Bed at all, but 2 Single Beds pushed together to make up a King Sized Bed & this was a little disappointing as the Single Beds that were pushed together where one of the Single Beds was a little higher than the other Single Bed that it was attached to & there was an uncomfortable BUMP where both of these singles mattresses joined & also one mattress was softer than the other mattress. A little disappointed considering it is a 5 Star Hotel & should have a proper King & Queen Size mattress in their rooms that are actually advertised as a King or Queen Size Bed

Staff service in general is very good. Just the waitress and barista at the dinning area were having some frustration due to too many orders. I could only order my coffee through waiters.

$1100 room holding fee was worth more than the stay. Booked through expedia was good but was charged $19.46 credit card fee bey the hotel without knowing 😑. If you book for an agreed price should not be charge extra fees by the hotel. I am disputing with the hotel.

This is such a beautiful hotel. I travel a lot and I couldn’t find a flaw. Extremely clean, luxuriously comfy beds, gorgeous rooms, lovely staff and fantastic location. This would be a wonderful hotel for a special occasion or staycation as it really feels luxurious. Highly recommend for any kind of traveler.

The walk-in wardrobe/ baggge area was great, the bathroom size. Nd decor was great, shower hit water was good, room decor was s n lovely and suze good, the bed was very Xi for table, loved the breakfast array.

Stunning hotel, excellent restaurant on site a shame that on Expedia it said the seafood buffet was still available but it's long gone - it was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The staff were fantastic. Location perfect for all your shopping needs

Our "date night" stay at the Sheraton Grand was just wonderful. My last stay at this hotel was an enforced 2-week quarantine during the Covid pandemic, so staying in the same room type might have been jarring, but it wasn't. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, bathrooms are all marble and luxurious, and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The bed linens are luxurious and the bed is super comfortable. We used the jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam rooms - all spotlessly clean and void of other patrons. We didn't eat at the hotel, or have a drink in the bar, but we did use the Executive Lounge which is well worth the upgrade. The Lounge food, drinks service, breakfast etc. was wide-ranging, continually refreshed, and the views are sensational. The hotel is well located opposite Hyde Park, right next to St James station and Pitt St. mall. We ate dinner at a restaurant at Circular Quay and the walk there and back was quick and easy. There is even a bottle shop just to the left of the main entrance...just in case.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The room was lovely, much more spacious than I expected, and the hotel was really beautiful. All of the staff were very kind, courteous and helpful (restaurant and hotel). Would definitely stay here again.

Was upgraded to a better room on the top floor but did not have acess to the facilities offered. Got given vouchers for the bar but went to the bar only to find it was closed at about 10.45pm on Saturday night.
