Die Lage ist super. Leider sind die Appartements schon etwas angewöhnt. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption könnte besser sein. Super sind die Parkplätze im abgesperrten Bereich.

It was certainly old but it served its purpose well and truly- (head down for a peaceful sleep). Check in was quick and cheerful and loved the secured parking for free - Bed was great, aircon was great 43deg - rooms just need updating however this will increase price I daresay. Host was friendly and welcoming - exactly the right person for the job.

Construction started 6am behind my bedroom wall. There was no day-time human check-in. There was no ID check upon check-in at all. It was clear from the room next door's entrance that this property does long-term tennants, and that level of noise / culture was a bit of a shock and suprise for a Wotif property.

This hotel is convenient to Bondi Beach shops and cafes but the property is a little run down and in need of renovation. Our room was fine, and the bed was comfortable, but the shower tiles were very grimy, as if no one had cleaned them for a long time.

Walkable to Bondi and Bronte beaches. Lots of dining options. Park your car outside your door and walk instead of having to find a car space in town (that would be impossible!)

Stayed 2 nights to attend a family wedding, free on-site parking was very attractive. Site is very secure, but we were not made aware at time of booking that there is a very noisy construction site next door, operating Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm, Saturday from 8am. Room was comfortable, but some lighting was not working. Hair dryer, but no shampoo or tissues.

I regret to admit the only positive aspect of the accommodation was convenience as far as location. The apartment was very run down structurally including all the kitchen equipment. The only heating was a small portable fan. We also experienced an ant infestation in the sleeping area and kitchen. Disappointing experience. Mara.

We enjoyed our stay here. The lady at check in was most helpful. Great to have parking included. While the property is showing its age it was clean and quiet. Within easy walking distance to Bondi Beach. We will stay again next time we come to Bondi.

Considering your not far from Bondi beach the price was very reasonable. Friendly staff, room needed updating to rest your head it was adequate, no noise at night. Was impressed will stay there again

Excellent location as a fairly close to the beach and transit, restaurants and shopping. Having parking included and a pool are a huge bonus. The units are sed-contained, minimal supplies and dishes, we found our stay both times exceeded our expectations. Needs a bit of detail cleaning and the checking in process after-hours can be confusing but we enjoyed both times we stayed there.

Great area for access to beaches, shops and transit. Pool and parking are a plus. Older property but comfortable and has most things that one would need. Cons they do not clean or replenish sooner than 7-days (coffee/toilet paper), in a neighbourhood so barking dogs, construction noise. We felt safe and highly recommend staying here.

Great price and location for NYE. Property is a little tired and could do with updating but exactly what you expect for the pricing. Enjoyed the pool, used the luggage storage. Would have liked a safe deposit box in room for valuables but otherwise all good, clean and helpful staff. We had a late evening flight so relaxed by the pool for the afternoon.

This place was great for an overnight stay. The family suite had plenty of space and storage for us and all of our bags. Room was adequately equipped. The lady on reception was very helpful and accomodating and went above and beyond for us. Helped us store our bags, late checkout, and helped with transport advice and bookings. Felt safe here with the security gate at the front. Would stay again.

Good location
Check in was easy and we were able to get our room early. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and there was a bus opposite. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby . The office staff were very helpful and stored our bags for us when we checked out and called a taxi for us when we went to the airport.

There was no communication or service from the host or reception. It was always unattended and there was not enough information for our arrival. I saw other guests disorientated and unable to contact the host because they didn't know where to find their key and when I did show them their envelope want there. They were uncontactable after hours and the rules and regulations stipulated in the envelope for such a sub-standard hotel were ridiculous. The rooms were old and outdated and quite dirty. They stated that it was mandatory to attend the reception at 10am the next morning to gain more information and complete other forms - this was impossible as I was working from 8am - 5pm. The office hours stated 10 - 2pm but when I did make arrangements to be back they were closed. Just a very disorganised arrangement. I'd reconsider staying at this property.

The lady at reception on arrival was very accommodating as I asked for a ground floor. The location was great walking distance to the centre of town beach , restaurants and bars. It's a older style accommodation but has been jazzed up you have everything you need with the kitchenette able to make something to eat if you are on a budget ,the price is great for the centre of Bondi Beach .I would recommend this place for the convenience of the walking access to everything .The price... Enjoyed my time there..
