The overall state of the property was nice. The parking fee is obnoxious, but there was enough parking on the street. Beware that that can fill up during the work week though. The surrounding area is okay. It's not unsafe, but it is surrounded by homeless camps. So, i would dock that one star. My biggest complaint is the amenities. I washed my clothes the last day I was there, but the dryer card reader stopped working and I was not able to pay for the dryer. The staff at the front desk basically brushed it off and said there was nothing he could do. He basically made no effort to try and rectify the situation. So, I was stuck carrying my wet clothes upstairs. If he had been more alert to the situation or offered some sort of remedy, I would not have been so upset about the situation. Overall, I personally will not be staying here again. It's not a bad hotel. It's just not worth the money to me.
