Very clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. While it was a tad hard to find initially, its great location made up for it. Definitely would stay at this location again!

Right around the outskirt of the busy Ximending area which gives the location a nice balance of quiet when in hotel but convenience when going out/returning (about 10 minutes' walk from Ximen station. Facilities are acceptable and the room is relatively clean. There is always a staff at the counter or available at a bell ring's notice. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Do take note the main entrance is locked after 12am (if i remember correctly) and need to be unlocked via the room key.

Staff were good. Facilities were mediocre. "Soundproofing" was non-existent. Reviews are incorrect in saying that there is a microwave. There is only a toaster oven. Lighting was terrible. Some lights don't turn off and the control is also bright and on the whole time. Laundry is handy but is very popular.

The room is spacious. The hot water strength is good. They supply one bottle of body wash and shampoo all in one. The lighting is too dim for my liking. I like the free pastries and coffee in the morning. I like their free laundry service. Very central and convenient to walk to the train station, about 8 minutes walking. Will be back again.

喫煙者にはお勧め
バルコニー付きの部屋に2泊しました 当然室内禁煙ですが、バルコニーにはチェアーと灰皿があり喫煙可能です(そこが決め手でした) 浴室はシャワーのみですが水圧も申し分有りませんでした 2階には宿泊客専用のフリードリンクラウンジがあり、そこにランドリーも有ります 難点は大きめのスーツケースはベッド以外では広げ難い事と Wi-Fiが貧弱な事です 立地も良く深夜のセキュリティもしっかりしていました 日本語は通じませんが英語は堪能な方がフロントに居ました

The wifi in the room wasn't working at all. The sharing area on 2nd floor, there were supposed to be some snacks and drinks provided 24hrs, but visited twice. Nothing was there at all.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and overall, I was quite impressed with the room condition, cleanliness, air conditioning, water supply, and comfort – they exceeded my expectations! The location was about a 10-minute walk from Simeon Ding Station, so it wasn't extremely close, which made it a bit inconvenient for commuting to and from the airport. To give you a sense for Korean, it's comparable to walking through the heart of Myeongdong in Seoul. I had high expectations for the lounge, but when I visited, they were running low on snacks and ice. It made using the lounge facilities a bit challenging, but luckily, there were two convenience stores nearby where I could pick up some items and even heat them up in the microwave. One thing I appreciated was that the hotel had 220v outlets, so I didn't need a voltage converter. Additionally, the wireless charging near the bed came in handy. Just a heads up, though, the hairdryer provided is not compatible with international voltages, so it might be a bit tricky to use.

Hidden gem in Ximending
Coming back after 4 years, everything is still very well keep. Booked the room with balcony and that’s the best part of this hotel. You got your own a cosy balcony in the crowded Ximen area, which most hotel in the same area can’t provide the same space. Room is not big but got all you needed and price is reasonable. Will definitely come back again.

位於西門町商圈，地理位置十分方便，逛街吃飯一應俱全，酒店到捷運站大概要10分鐘。是晚上八點後需要拍卡出入比較不方便。而且飯店入口在很黑的小巷中，比較難找。

위치 굿, 룸컨디션 굿, 프론트직원 베리굿!!
1층 싱글배드 2개 호실(1011호) 너무 좋았어요. 방도 생각보다 엄청 컸고 1층이라 엘베 안타도 돼서 너무 편했습니다. 프론트데스크 여직원분도 엄청 친절하셨어요! 시먼 왔다갔다하기 편한위치이고 숙소 가까이에 맥도날드도 있어요! 재방문의사 100%있습니다!

なにしろお湯の調整が難しいと言うか壊れてる、お湯が出るまでに1分以上かかります。今年3回利用したが2回目のチェックアウト前のシャワーは水しか出ず水シャワー浴びてチェックアウト、今回はまた最終日、今度は熱いシャワーからコールド全開にしても戻らない、一度止めてやり直したら直りました。 あと人手不足なのか夕方フロント降りたら女の子2人がチェックインベル鳴らしてもスタッフが出て来ないと困ってて一緒にベル鳴らしたり館内探してやっと5分後出てきました、何分待ってたのか聞いたら20分以上との事、改善してください。

酒店在西門町很方便卻也很安靜 沒有大街的吵鬧聲 離西門捷運6號出口走路7-8分鐘的時間 酒店很乾淨就是室內有點暗 酒店附近吃飯選擇也很多 附近也有屈臣氏便利店很方便 最重要附近有阿宗麵線/永和豆漿/程味珍滷肉飯這種有名的食店 走路距離6-7分鐘都可以到！
