高岡宿泊時の常宿ですが、今回清掃が行き届いておらず、ペットボトルのキャップが、デスクの下に落ちてました。人で不足なのか、清掃の質が悪いのかわかりませんが、気持ちいいものではありませんでした。

Henry Ford once said that a business should always try to give the customer more for their money, not less. And this seems to be the general theme of Japanese hospitality. But this hotel seems to take the opposite approach. The room was literally as small as it could possibly be and still contain a bed. I have enough experience with Japanese hotels to expect tight quarters relative to Texas, but this was really one step above a capsule hotel. They are aware of it too, because they make a point of explaining that their small rooms are for the Earth. Maybe. But the pitiful breakfast wasn't for the Earth. The whole thing was cut-rate, but to give a concrete example: the ONLY fruit on offer was canned fruit cocktail. About the only thing worth applause at this hotel is the almost immediate proximity to the station. I love Japan and almost never find anything to complain about, but this is pretty bad. Thanks for listening to my rant.

全体的にとても満足です。 ただ一点だけ気になることをあげるとしたら、これは客である私の責任に帰すことなんですが、頂いた駐車清算券を駐車券より先に入れるようもっと念押しした方が良いかもしれません。もちろんそのようにフロントの方に聞いていましたが、私のようなオッチョコチョイが、精算機の指示の「駐車券をお入れください」に盲目的に従ってしまい、アレ？と思ったときは後の祭り。自腹で1.100円入れなければバーは開いてくれなかったのでした。私のようなお客もいるということを引き合いに出しても構いませんので、くどいくらい言ってあげたほうがいいかもしれません。でもそんなお客私しかいないかもしれませんね！（笑） どこかに行った際はまたアパホテル泊まりたいと思います。お世話になりました。
