Short Stay

Just a short stay of 2 nights. The "house" was , as advertised" and very comfortable. It was located in an older, quiet, established neighborhood. No complaints, would stay here again.

Cute little home

While the location was a bit farther away from downtown Tallahassee and Florida State University than I had hoped, it is a cute little home. I wish the furniture in the living room was more comfortable, otherwise the bedrooms and bathroom were perfect for our needs. The small screened patio was a bonus for a morning coffee or afternoon beverage.

Youth Bowling Tournament

This house was just the right size for our family of 4. The pictures on the listing are spot on. The kitchen had all of the necessities needed to cook a meal. If you like high pressure water for your showers, this house has it. We were thankful that the master bath had a way to turn the pressure down. It is close to everything within Tallahassee. We will look for this property again when we have to visit. A huge plus for me was the communication with the property owner via email. They responded multiple times within a timely manner and allowed us to check in a few hours early.

FSU Reunion

The property was as good or better than described in the listing. It was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need for preparation of meals. The screened-in back porch was a favorite place for us to catch up with each other and to relax; there was even a charcoal grill and tools for grilling. It's also very close to Maclay Gardens; half hour from Thomasville; close to FSU and downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

This house was immaculate. Very charming well cared for home. Super quiet neighborhood. Looks like it had just been remodeled. Huge fenced back yard. The Host was very nice to us. I would do this again!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed there for a couple of nights. Everything was as advertised. The home was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was pleasant. It was just a perfect home away from home for us while visiting the Tallahassee area.

Spotless and stocked

One of the best in hospitality to date for us! This home had everything to have a fantastic stay. We have stayed in over 10 VRBOs and always had to go get something but not here. Pack your clothes and food, they have everything else. Spotless, comfortable beds, open floor plan and great screened in patio with large backyard. A.J. Henry Park a couple blocks away for great family walks. Host was very responsive and made you feel like a valued guest. Quiet, quaint neighborhood. 5 stars across the board.

Family time

Family Get Together

Second time staying at this home. Location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. House is clean and has everything you need and more. The lanai is great for sitting and sipping your morning coffee. We will be returning in the future.

My favorite home away from home

Gorgeous & cozy

Everything was as described or better. Check in process was super smooth. Had a minor issue with the AC and was surprised at how fast the response and resolution was. My family and I travel a lot and were really impressed by the home but mostly management the services. Best we’ve had yet…We'll be back!

Excellent Home

The home was exactly as described. Overall home cleanliness was top notch and communication with the host was very fast and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet. The motion light on the front of the house was a plus for arriving after dark. Our dog enjoyed the spacious fenced backyard. Great location close to plenty of restaurants & shops. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Immaculately kept property

The property is very clean and updated. The three bedrooms are well appointed with plenty of linens, flat screen TVs and remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen has updated appliances and can accommodate (4) for eat-in dining. The lanai is a welcomed space during evenings and the family room is the perfect gathering spot.

Perfect Easter Weekend for Family Celebration

We chose to celebrate Easter with our daughter and her roommates, bringing them a home cooked meal. Staying in the home were 6 adults and a dog, but the 4 students from FSU joined for a meal. The kitchen was sufficient to cook a full holiday meal, with a bit of creativity regarding what went in the oven together. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced in backyard and made “through the fence friends” with the dogs next door. We enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful spring weather in the screened in porch. The beds were appropriately firm and very comfortable. Closet and dresser space were great. TVs in each room provided a getaway from the larger group. The shower pressure was incredible! Overall home cleanliness was top notch and communication with the host was very fast and helpful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Terrific fit for our family and we will make it our first check when looking at accommodations for visiting FSU.
