Please be aware that the refrigerator stopped working, it was not a problem for us as we were not using it. There’s a power outage, and after that the refrigerator turned off.

We have traveled to Tamarindo 3 separate times and this was absolutely the best place we have stayed. Directly in the center of town, a 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Easy check in and check out process. Loved it!

The condo was a perfect size for us and our guests. We loved having 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The location of the condo to the pool as well as the city was perfect, everything is super close by. I literally have no complaints. The bedrooms were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. Our host was super helpful and always answered promptly. They also helped with settikg up transportation and excursions. The only thing i would recommend is that they need a full length mirror. But other than that, it was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

condo was clean could use some updating (the good) didn't like the toilet issue,couldn't find where to put the garbage,(the bad) the road getting out of the condo to the main road is terrible especially when it rained my wife & son both hurt their feet seem lit all the owners can get together and pave that road. (the ugly.

Location fabulous! Place is nice with a terrific pool. Yet, there needs to be clearer directions where to enter to find your place. Not being able to flush your toilet paper after use is a problem. A 10:00 checkout time is unacceptable.

This condo sits on the Diria property and it was the best of both worlds! All the perks of a resort- beach access, pool, gorgeous landscaping, great central location, and the space needed for adults and teens to co-exist without going mad! The condo was huge and had plenty of space for us. (3 bathrooms!) It was clean and the communication with the host was prompt and professional. They left us delicious coffee to get us started on the right foot. The terrace overlooks the pool and was the perfect spot to have my morning coffee and listen to the birds and monkeys! The grounds are just beautiful. I highly recommend the ground floor as it was so easy going in and out. It was just awesome staying there!!

Our stay at this property was wonderful, great location, clean, has everything you need, even though the air-conditioning went out Alejandro Rodriguez (property Manager) was great and getting us into another unit I would definitely stay at this property again, our trip was for 12 days in Costa Rica we visited several beaches in Tamarindo was number one, thank you all

This was our first time visiting Tamarindo and it was wonderful. The unit is located in the center of Tamarindo with easy access to everything. The pool felt more private than the pool at the Diria hotel and we appreciated that. Tamarindo and the unit were perfect for our 3 teens. The unit itself was very clean and had everything needed. The check in and check out processes were very simple. We didn't use the grill or cook as much as we thought we would because everything in town was accessible, reasonably priced, and delicious. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.

We had a lovely week at this condo. It was spacious and well equipped. The decor and grounds were fantastic. Great location and friendly staff. The only problem is that the condo is next to 6 AC units and one of them (another unit) was extremely loud, making our patio time less than relaxing.

Wonderful property managers made the best, first impression! Very easy access into this secure/gated property, and there was always a friendly guard at the gate to offer assistance. The pool was large and warm, so even when there was cloud cover, it was very comfortable. The design of the grounds/pool was such, that even though there were other guests present, it felt like we had this paradise to ourselves. This incredibly beautiful condo is just steps from the pool, and large gazebo, where they offer outdoor spa treatments. The condo had everything needed for an exceptionally comfortable stay, and more importantly, everything worked as it should ;) The attention to detail and design both indoors and on the private patio, needs to be appreciated in person; pictures simply can not do it justice. We were within walking distance to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. So incredibly happy that we stayed here. We usually book our housing around our airfare to keep flight costs as low as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to book our airfare/dates around the availability of this condo, to make sure we get to stay here again. Will definitely request to book in the future!

The condo was great and the resort was top notch. However the mattress on the sofa bed is pretty much uninhabitable. I would invite the owners to spend 6 nites on it as my niece did. I am just tired of renting a place that claims it can sleep 6 when what is available is insufficient for comfort. This one was especially problematic as it was a two person sofa so one could not sleep on top of the sofa. Otherwise the condo was lovely and afforded a lot of privacy within. And appreciate there was dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee filters etc
