The one bed cover had cigarette burns from a previous person. The bedskirt was stained. The other bed had black long hair in between sheets. When you uncovered the sheep bed the microwave had food crumbs underneath the microwave plate inside of it. The shower door seal was letting a lot of water out onto the floor.

I like the idea that they allowed either card or cash which makes it very convenient and flexible

I like the fact that they can either accept credit cards or cash. The price is always the same whether it's a weekday or a weekend unless of course you use Expedia then you can save money

I didn't like they took copy for my ID and credit card,. First time of my life the someone took copy of my personal documents.

Hi. Our team would like to apologize you if you felt bad with our system, but we can assure you that our customer's records will be 100% safe in our hands as we have been collecting these documents since years. Besides that this documents have been limited access inside our administration just for 90 days after that nobody can access it. Please do understand us that collecting such details only for the purpose of banking , and IDs are collecting as the law demands it for the safety of all other customers. we hope you will understand this situation. No Hot water,No water pressure in sink, Tried to charge me again on my credit card when it was already paid,room was nice and clean but imagine taking a cold shower.

Upon check-in, the hotel claimed they had no reservation through Hotels.com. I showed them the reservation on my app, but still nothing. They had rooms available and because it was very late we decided just to stay and pay more.

I paid for a non-smoking room and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was in the curtains, rug and bed spreads. Yuck. The vent over the shower was very dirty. Caked on cigarette residue. Otherwise the room was comfortable. There were no other rooms available. For the price, it wasn’t worth it.

I have traveled all over the world. This hotel was the nastiest place I have ever seen. Only stayed one night. They refunded the rest of my stay.

Dirty & smoky "non-smoking" room
Room was in good repair, but listed as non-smoking & smelled strongly of smoke. Other than the very nice (hot water/rainfall showerhead) & clean shower the room was filthy. Moldy fridge, urine on toilet seat, crumbs & dead ants under counter/nightstand and dirty sheets. Both beds had hair & makeup on the sheets and one bed even had loose change between the fitted & flat sheet. When the beds were made the next day the other bed still had change in it. For transparency, I did not alert management to the issues during my short stay for work (in late & gone before dawn) and chose to mitigate with disinfectant wipes and slept on top of the sheets with the blanket. It's a shame though, this could be a cute motel if the cleanliness and sanitary standards were improved.

An older motel that has had some renovations. The outside needs some attention, the bedspreads were older, and the pool was a little cloudy, but our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom had been updated. No outside noise or highway noise in our room. Also, it was the cheapest place on short notice that also had lots of good reviews online.

I liked the solidarity of my room location; nice pool & amenities. Floor needed a better vacuum job, but over all it was nice. The painted sidewalks are very slick when wet! It wouldn't hurt to put slippery when wet signs everywhere! Most of the A/Cs drain on the sidewalk just outside the front window, by the door. Also, I didn't know the sink stopper was fake; not sure how they're going to get it out of there...

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom/shower. Very nice staff. Relatively quiet, but other people staying were not, and showed no respect. They were loud in the middle of the night. What I DIDN'T like, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but reeked of tobacco smoke. No carpet on floor, just tiles. Overpriced for what it is.
