Small hotel but with comfortable parking, clean, regular size room, but with all the necessary utensils (hair dryer, desk, pen, several lights, clothes iron, etc). Comfortable beds and quiet area, close to many services and restaurants. Good service and breakfast of very good quality for the price. I forgot an object inside the room, I had already handed in the key and I was already out of the time I paid for, but they were also kind and allowed me to check and I was able to get it. Recommended for an express stop with family. Hotel pequeño pero con parking cómodo, habitación limpia, de tamaño normal, pero con todos los utensilios necesarios (secador de pelo, escritorio, bolígrafo, luces varias, plancha de ropa, etc). Camas cómodas y zona tranquila, cerca de muchos servicios y restaurantes. Buen servicio y desayuno de muy buena calidad por el precio. Olvidé un objeto dentro de la habitación, ya había entregado la llave y ya estaba fuera del tiempo que pagué, pero también fueron amables y me permitieron revisar y pude obtenerlo. Recomendado para una parada express en familia.

Agradable hotel, basico para dormir

Stayed here while travelling with work. Room was cosy but would say the decor and condition of the hotel was a little tired/dated. Overall happy with it as it was near the location of my meeting. The pool was a bonus which was quite nice in the heat.

The parking lot did not have enough light so we had to walk in the dark. Almost no parking available when we got there after dark. Had to park behind the building and walk around to the front in the dark. The room was damp but clean. Employees were very kind and helpful.

To: Management@the Fairfield/Marriott, Janie Mckenzie, and Sierra (Desk Clerks) I resided at the Fairfield Inn Marriott Hotel from February 14-21, 2024. I must say that I was very pleased with the outstanding Service I receive from Janie, Sierra, and Mckenzie. reason for my trip was death in my family. Upon my arrival, Check in time was 3:00 p.m., and my flight arrived early. When I arrived at the hotel at 12:00, Sierra told me that my room was not ready, apologized, something she did not have to do because of early check-in. She provided my husband and I with free drinks, condiments, as well as an apology for the inconvenience. I have stayed at the Hilton, Embassy, and Hampton as well as other hotels doing my travel. In this day and age, top of the line service was never as good as the Desk Clerks at this Hotel. They represent the face of the Fairfield Inn/Marriott very well. For instance, the night stand lamp had a short, causing my room to black out, and they immediately change my room, apologize for the inconvenience, and provided me with another room. anie, one of the Desk clerks showed Kindness, compassion, care, and concern, something that I most needed due to the passing of my brother. If you want excellent service, a beautiful environment for your stay, as well as place where you will feel at home, this is where you want to be during out of town visits. Look no further because you will find that this staff, as well as services provided at this hotel is ou

Given a cheaper room
I paid for a room with a sofabed and got a regular room with just a chair. I didnt complain because I was too tired to go down and change rooms.

Our room was very clean, which is important. Unfortunately, a strong smell of weed was all around, which I’m sure the hotel could not totally control that. My husband didn’t like the breakfast but it was okay to me. Now, my problem is with the parking outside. If you come in later in the evening the only parking available is in the back of the property and the lighting is awful. Please improve on the lighting. This is our second stay at this particular property and was stuck in back in the almost dark parking area. Otherwise, the stay was good.
