Me encanto sobre todo la limpieza de la habitación solo no me gusto la señora que me atendio en el desayuno muy seria y poco amble le hablaba y como que se hacia la que no escuchaba ella estuvo el sabado en la mañana no me gusto como me trato le pregunte hablas español y me dijo que no para mi ningun problema pues yo hablo el ingles pero realmente deberia de mejorar su trato de atencion al cliente y sonreír 😻 por lo demas excelente las chicas de limpieza suoer buenas

Disgusting bathroom with bath tub leakage and cockroaches. The staff really help in the way they can and with the best attitude and friendly.

Fue necesario cambiar de habitacion: el a/c no funcionaba (calor), el refrigerador roto donde los productos que compre como leche y yogurt se descompusieron y salidero en laa banadera. en la nueva habitacion todo excelente.

El hotel es viejo, pequeño, el ambiente no es lindo. La vista tiene un lago pero es al lado de la carretera. Tiene una construccion al lado.

This is the third time we have stayed here on our way to a cruise. Seven min. drive from the airport. The Bahama Breeze Restaurant next door, is a two min. walk. Great breakfast at this hotel.

I true appreciate how accommodating they were for an early check in. The hotel is really clean, the workers were all friendly and the location is close to the airport but not in the chaos of it all.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. I’m ok with “we’re not full service” but that does not mean “no service”. There was no cleaning in the room unless we specifically asked, we had to go to the front desk to get towels and pillows, we had a plumbing problem and there was no maintenance person available to fix it, there was no milk available at breakfast and when you tried to call the front desk from your room there was no connection. It seemed for most of the time that there was only 1 person working in the whole hotel. Not only a service problem but could be a big safety problem. We will look elsewhere the next time.

Computer system down, only 1 person working desk...line did not move. We asked for them to store luggage and left for dinner. When we returned system up but could not find reservation...said 2 people had sa.e last name. Finally got correct room.
