Falta de criterio
Fuimos para días de vacíones de mis hijos con sus amigos, tomamos la habitación con capacidad para 8 con desayuno y nuestra sorpresa fue que bajamos a las 9:15 y el desayuno ya no había era hasta las 9 nadie nos dio la información a la entrada tampoco fueron capaces de ofrecerles nada a los niños todos de 14 y 15 años, fueron súper desagradables y mala la atención no volvería jamás

Excelente hotel
La estancia fue excelente. El desayuno muy bueno. El cuarto bien cómo. Nos encantó la cocina donde mi esposa pudo cocinar en una cocina bien equipada. Definitivamente volvemos a utilizar este hotel.

La habitacion del hotel estubo como la necesitabamos, mi grupo familiar y yo nos hospedamos en una suite familiar y estubo perfecta , pero en uno de los baños el agua de la ducha drenaba muy lento. El estacionamiento perfecto , la atencion muy buena.

Sitting at their pool, you would think you are at a resort somewhere away from it all, despite being next to two highways and the airport. The surrounding buildings and landscaping block views and mitigate noise. Suites are great, breakfast is decent, and staff service is outstanding. Parking is a PAIN because you must park in a garage with small spaces, but it's free. There is one restaurant within walking distance but you really need a car to stay here. If you have a car, you are very centrally located to downtown, the airport, shopping, and the causeway. I would absolutely stay here again.

My family stayed in a two room suite for a week and we enjoyed our stay! Pros: -All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful -The pool was warm! -The hotel is right across the street from the airport (this was a huge plus after a long day of travel and you just want to lay down!) - Housekeeping was wonderful - Breakfast was good (typical offerings) and the staff worked hard to make sure the food was stocked. - Parking garage was convenient and we never had a problem finding a space Cons: - The mattresses were worn (deep in the middle) - The showers didn’t drain well (we just lived with it, and didn’t mention it to the hotel) Overall we would stay here again. Having two bedrooms is a must with teenagers so everyone can have their own space, and bed! This hotel provided what we needed!

We were only in the room for about five hours. The room was nicer than I expected. It was clean and the hotel is conveniently located four minutes from the airport.

1. Toilet didn't work. 2. Room cleaning services never happened. Trash cans overflowed and towels piles up. Four of us were there for 4 days. 3. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty from day one. 4. Breakfast mediocre at best. Ended up just going out for breakfast. I will be booking with a competitor from now on.

We apologize for your experience this trip. We provide HSK services every other day unless requested otherwise. We see you checked in on February 16 and confirmed your room was assigned for service on the 18th however, the HSK was told 'no thank you'. We apologize if there was any confusion here. Were you able to report the toilet issues to the Front Desk? We take our Guest satisfaction very seriously and would want to follow up on our end. In the future, if you ever want your room serviced or need anything during your time with us, please call the Front Desk and we will send someone up. We'll be reviewing your comments with the team for further investigation. Thank you.
